Other parts of numeric algorithm are also mentioned in the source code. Each of them is discussed in the third chapter in detail, and by using C++ language, the specific implementation and the user interface is given. The purpose of this is to make this algorithm library reusable, high speed, high efficiency, and simple interface. Some test examples are given in the the end of the paper.
