賣方有義務(wù)派遣技能熟練的、有能力的、健康的和有經(jīng)驗的技術(shù)人員到買方的工廠現(xiàn)場工作，就設(shè)備的建造、裝配、安裝、試車和性能測試提供技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。

. The Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller and the Seller agrees to sell to the Buyer the Steam Dryer (hereinafter referred to as Equipment) and Spare Parts. The scope of the Seller’s supply of Equipment is defined in Annex No. 1 and lists of spare parts are defined in Annex No. 5 attached to this Contract.
