LETTER OF CREDIT 信用證 The payment shall be made by the Buyer to the Seller in the currency of United States Dollars. The payment shall be made by L/C. 買方應(yīng)用信用證支付貨款 ,貨幣為美元 . Buyer shall send a bank’s draft L/C for the first shipment to Seller within 7 bank working days after the seller signing the contract with the buyer. Within 7 bank working days after receiving the draft L/C permitted by the Seller’s bank, seller shall send an irrevocable nonoperative performance bond, for 2% of the L/C value of the first shipment to buyer which has ８ to be activated by the Buyer’s irrevocable Letter of Credit within 7 days. If the seller fails to carry out the contract, the performance bond will be forfeited to the buyer. This adjustment mechanism shall be effective for the total twenty four (24) months upon the signing of this contract thereof by the parties. Adjustment payment thus calculated shall be made in subsequent shipment. There shall be no adjustment in payment if the difference is less than or equal to 100 kcal/kg. The laboratory of CIQ/CCIC shall issue a Certificate of Sampling and Analysis at discharge port, which shall be facsimiled by the BUYER to the Seller within 3(three) working days after discharge the cargo from the vessel at the discharge port. The results of analysis reflected on the certificate of Analysis and Sampling issued by CIQ/CCIC at the discharging port shall be final and binding upon the parties for price adjustment and settlement under the Arbitration Sample for
