【正文】 各項學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，做好會議記錄，切實落實“三會一課”制度，切實開展“黨旗引領(lǐng)”工程，以黨建工作為抓手，很好地完成履職盡責各項任務(wù)。完成情況：（1）針對2016年初檔案館班子及其成員民主生活會上查找的問題，建立黨建工作問題清單，制定整改措施和整改臺賬，大力推進作風建設(shè)。開展黨旗引領(lǐng)工程，推動美好檔案館建設(shè).（4）組織開展黨旗引領(lǐng)”項目——《協(xié)力做好高校學(xué)生黨員檔案工作》，充分發(fā)揮黨支部和黨員的戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用和先鋒模范作用，打造和諧、團結(jié)、創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)的基層支部和先進集體。（3）開展“支部主題黨日”活動。狠抓黨員隊伍建設(shè)工作，評優(yōu)評先時向基層崗位傾斜，這些做法都極大地調(diào)動起廣大職工的工作積極性，形成了比實績、比貢獻、積極向上的良好氛圍。深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹黨的十八大和十八屆三中、四中、五中、六中全會精神，總書記系列重要講話精神，增強“四個意識”特別是核心意識和看齊意識，堅定政治方向，提高政治站位，查找政治偏差，聚焦黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、黨的建設(shè)、全面從嚴治黨、黨風廉潔建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭。完成情況：（1）2016年共組織集中和分組學(xué)習(xí)22次，深學(xué)實做、落實整改、分類施策、精細推進，使學(xué)習(xí)教育入腦入心，學(xué)深學(xué)實學(xué)透，筑牢思想理論根基，并以此為引擎推動黨建工作開創(chuàng)新局面。主要統(tǒng)計工作有：湖北省檔案局通知要求的其他各種數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計；我校組織部、人事處、財務(wù)處、資產(chǎn)處等各職能部門通知要求的各種數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計及說明。項目8：各類統(tǒng)計報表目標：做好各級各類統(tǒng)計報表工作完成情況：（1）按照省檔案局的相關(guān)要求，認真組織完成了我校2015年檔案統(tǒng)計年報工作，確保各項數(shù)據(jù)真實、準確。張館長從檔案管理的“加”、“減”、“乘”、“除”等四個方面詳細介紹了三峽大學(xué)檔案館的管理經(jīng)驗。我校檔案館是湖北省檔案工作規(guī)范管理AAA級復(fù)查評審?fù)ㄟ^單位，檔案工作水平逐年提高，此次常務(wù)理事會議在三峽大學(xué)召開充分體現(xiàn)了我校檔案工作在湖北省業(yè)內(nèi)的影響力和受關(guān)注度。省檔案局經(jīng)科處朱亞斌副處長和省教育廳辦公室陳潔副主任作了重要講話。項目7：檔案協(xié)作組會議目標：履行檔案協(xié)作組組長單位職責，組織開好片內(nèi)年會完成情況：4月2021日，湖北省高校檔案專業(yè)委員會四屆六次常務(wù)理事（擴大）會議暨第十協(xié)助組會議在三峽大學(xué)召開，來自湖北省檔案局、教育廳、委員會常務(wù)理事單位的三十余位代表參加了此次會議。項目6：全校檔案工作會議 目標：召開一次全校檔案工作會議
