The particular methods that may be followed for procurement under a given project are provided for in the Loan Agreement. The specific contracts to be financed under the project, and their method of procurement, consistent with the Loan Agreement, are specified in the Procurement Plan as indicated in paragraph of these Guidelines.Applicability of Guidelines The procedures outlined in these Guidelines apply to all contracts for goods and works financed in whole or in part from Bank loans.
