Seafarers that have been refused a certificate or have had a limitation imposed on their ability to work, in particular with respect to time, field of work or trading area, shall be given the opportunity to serve on board when he/she pass the further examination.對于被拒絕發(fā)證的海員，或在其工作能力方面，特別是關(guān)于時間、工作內(nèi)容或航行區(qū)域方面被施加了限制的海員，如果復(fù)檢通過，應(yīng)提供其就業(yè)的機(jī)會Relative Record相關(guān)記錄：Marine Personnel Department船員部：1. Each medical fitness certificate shall state in particular that the scopes of health conditions of the seafarer as stipulated in Standard of the Convention. 規(guī)定的海員健康狀況范圍。b) Master should check seafarer signon against medical certificate and Vaccination/ Prophylaxis Certificate to ascertain if the holder of certificate is fit for his/her duty。ii. General ment on the medical certificate generated by medical practitioner to determine whether a potential employee is fit for duty.體檢證書上體檢醫(yī)生給出的結(jié)論，確定未來雇員的健康狀況是否足以勝任其工作iii. Validity data證書的有效期iv. A English version must be provided / attached必須提供英文版本。2. Verification 證書核查a) Marine Personnel Department should focus on the following：船員部應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注：i. Marine Personnel Department check the medical certificate and Vaccination/ Prophylaxis Certificate to determine whether the basic information, such as Date of birth, Name, etc. are consistent with other document produced by seafarer, where certificate forged, altered, the seafarer should not be employed. 船員部對上船海員持有的體檢證書和預(yù)防接種證書進(jìn)行核對，核對其與其他證書的基本信息是否一致，這些信息包括海員出生日期，姓名等。船員部保留海員上述證件電子版掃描件。c) Master should check seafarer signon against valid identification documents to ascertain if the holder of certificate is him/her。這些文件包括但不限于:i. Seaman’s Passport 海員證ii. Seafarer’s Identity Document 服務(wù)簿b) Marine Personnel Department check the certificate to determine whether the basic information, such as Date of birth, Name, etc. are consistent with other document produced by seafarer, where certificate forged or altered, the seafarer should not be employed. 船員部對上船海員持有的證書進(jìn)行核對，核對其與其他證書的基本信息是否一致，這些信息包括海員出生日期，姓名等。j) Acmodation means provision of spaces of living and recreation for seafarers, including seafarer sleeping room, mess room, sanitary acmodation and recreational facilities etc.“起居艙室”系指船上提供給海員居住和娛樂的處所，包括海員臥室、餐廳、衛(wèi)生間、醫(yī)務(wù)室和娛樂室等?！昂T就業(yè)協(xié)議”一詞系指海員和本公司簽署的就業(yè)合同和協(xié)議條款；g) The Collective Bargaining Agreement means the agreement made between the Hong Kong Unions on behalf of Seafarer and the Company, and sets out the standards terms and the conditions applicable to all seafarers serving on any vessel entitled Hong Kong flag managed by Company.“海員集體協(xié)議” 系指香港海員工會代表海員和本公司簽署的協(xié)議，該協(xié)議列明的條款適用于公司管理的懸掛香港旗船舶的海員h) Seafarer Recruitment And Placement Service means any person, pany, institution, agency or other organization, in the public or the private sector, which is engaged in recruiting seafarers on behalf of Company or placing seafarers with Company。；d) Requirements of the Convention refers to the requirements in the Articles, Regulations and Code of MLC2006“公約要求”指《2006 年海事勞工公約》的正文條款、規(guī)則以及守則A 部分的要求?！昂Ｊ聞诠し下暶鳌币辉~系指船舶實施公約要求和船旗國規(guī)定的綜合性的文件；c) Maritime Labour Certificate means certificate issued to a ship by the petent authority, or by a recognized organization duly authorized for this purpose, after implementation of inspection of maritime labor condition of ship, with validity that shall not exceed five (5) years。
