【正文】 PLC 的開關(guān)量控制、模擬量控制、數(shù)學(xué)運(yùn)算、數(shù)值 處理、通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)等功能，通過一個多任務(wù)控制內(nèi)核，提供了強(qiáng)大的指令集、快速而準(zhǔn)確的掃描周期、 可靠的操作和連接各種 I/O 系統(tǒng)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)的開放式結(jié)構(gòu)。軟 PLC（ SoftPLC）是基于 IPC 或 EPC 的開放結(jié)構(gòu)的控制系統(tǒng)。它以功能齊全、穩(wěn)定可靠、維護(hù)方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在工業(yè)自動化控制中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。系統(tǒng)充分利用了可編程控制器（ PLC）多方面的設(shè)計(jì)知識和方法，精確的實(shí) 現(xiàn)了機(jī)械手從圓點(diǎn)下降、抓取、上升、右行、下降、釋放、上升、左行還原等一系列的動作，完成一整套。論文主要對 PLC 可編程控制器的概述、特征、大小球分選自動系統(tǒng)中的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行具體闡明，并通過 PLC 來實(shí)現(xiàn)大小球分選系統(tǒng)的控制。因此被廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械制造、冶金、電子、輕工和原子能等部門。機(jī)械手在先進(jìn)制造領(lǐng)域中扮演著極其重要的角色，它可以搬運(yùn)貨物、分選物品、代替人的繁重勞動。機(jī)械手作業(yè)的準(zhǔn)確性和各種環(huán)境中完成作業(yè)的 能力，在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各領(lǐng)域有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景。工業(yè)機(jī)械手的是工業(yè)機(jī)器人的一個重要分支。 PLC 及其有關(guān)的外圍設(shè)備都應(yīng)按照易于與工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)形成一個整體，易于擴(kuò)展其功能的原則而設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞： 機(jī)械手，可編程控制器，自動化控制，大小球辨識 Design of automatic recognition system based on PLC Abstract： The modern society requires the manufacturing industry to make rapid response to the market demand, production of small batch, variety, low cost and high quality products, in order to meet these requirements, reliability and flexibility of the control system of production equipment and automatic production line must have high, programmable controller is to conform to the requirements of the it is a new type of industrial control devices, microprocessor based, has bee one of the main pillars of modern industrial automation.
