After being sorted, small grains and broken kernel could be removed to be as grains and forage, saving the grains. The sorted seeds were uniform and plumpeared. After being planted, the germination rate was high, and the growth was better, and the yields increase 5 ~ 10% monly, and the seeding rate decreased about 20%. The sorting machinery can also be used for sorting and grading of wheat, corn, soybean, rice seeds and modity grains, which contributes to the development of agriculture. After consulting a large number of literature data and field practicing, the feasibility analysis and investigation report were made, and then the sorting machinery was designed out. The sorting machinery worked through twoway tilt, reciprocating vibration table and the positive pressuretype air flow. Finally the vibration frequency range of the machine vibration table was defined as 5～ 10 Hz, and the screen length was m. The control of both the fan delivery and vibration rate was infinitely variable, being more widely applicable to all kinds of crop seeds.
