Article 5: This handbook is applicable to all employees employed by the Company. 2 Chapter 2 Recruitment and Discipline Article 6: Recruitment is to be carried out according to pany’s personnel system. Open recruitment with exams, better candidates shall be selected. Article 7: The job applicant shall submit the following credentials to personnel department: ID card copy Diploma Certificate Copy Resume 5 photos The job applicant is also required to fill in the relevant registration forms. Article 8: Before the formal acceptance notice of the pany is issued, candidates are required to undergo a medical examination in the particular public hospital designated by the pany. If the pany believes that the exam result is not fit for the job in which the candidates will be engaged, the candidate will not be accepted. Thereafter, all employees shall undergo a medical examination once every 2 years, the cost shall be borne by the pany. Article 9: The new employee shall present the original certificate of Termination of Labor Relation with his/her previous pany while joining the post, and start the 3month probation period. The pany could prolong the probation period according to employee’s performance. Upon pletion of the probation period, the pany shall formally employ those who qualify, those who fail will be discharged according to the Chinese Labor Law. Article 10: According to employee’s petence and work requirement, the pany can transfer employee’s job position and department, the employee shall ply with adjustment and transfer. Article 11: The employee shall faithfully ply with the state law and regulations as well as the discipline rules formulated by the pany. The employee shall not engage in any activity that can damage the pany’s honor of reputation. The employee may not be employed by any pany, corporation or business entity other than the Company and may not engaged in other profit making professional activities. Article 12: During working hours, the employee shall be engaged in his work and shall not be late for work or leave without a good reason. The employee shall not leave his post without prior permission. Sick leave and leave for personal matters shall be ratified department supervisor in written form and go through the formal personnel management procedure. In special occasion, when the formal 3 procedure can’t be practiced beforehand, the employee shall inform the pany by telephone at once, and make up the procedures afterwards. Article 13: During the term of labor contract, employee uses and disposes the pany’s possession and material. Therefore, all kinds of work record, document and draft, materials as well as inventions and creations that es from his work action in the post shall belong to the pany. The employee shall not dispose it without the pany permission. Article 14: During the term of labor contract, the employee might get to know about the information on finance, production, sales and personnel data as well as the relevant work process, operation techniques, etc. They shall all be treated as “trade secret”, without the ratification of direct leader, the employee is not permitted to reveal them inside and outside the pany. The document of abovementioned “trade secret” shall be kept carefully, and shall not be copied or taken out of the pany without ratification. Article 15: Employee shall not take advantage of his/her present post to work for the personal interest (or that of a relative, friend, or associate). Under situation involving the above interests in the employee’s post, the employee shall report to the direct leader, and avoid being present. Article 16: Any disclosure of pany’s information and operation through news media, public media shall approved by General Manager and Management Committee beforehand.
