ARBITRATION 仲裁 The parties agree that in the event that there is any dispute, controversy, claim or difference between them arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, or in the interpretation of the provisions hereof, they shall meet and endeavor to resolve such dispute by discussion between them。這類通知的日期應(yīng)為本合同第。這類通知的發(fā)出方應(yīng)采取合理步驟以盡快恢復(fù)履行其在本合同項(xiàng)下的義務(wù)，但是不應(yīng)被要求按照其無(wú)法接受的條款解決任何罷工、停工或是其他難以解決的勞工糾紛。 The party whose performance of any obligation is affected by reason of any of the causes referred to in Clause shall promptly give notice thereof by facsimile to the other party followed, as soon as practicable, by a notice in writing setting forth the particulars of the relevant event and, if possible, supporting evidence, the date of such notice shall be the first day under which the provisions of Clause may apply. FORCE MAJEURE 不可抗力 Seller shall not be liable to Buyer nor shall Buyer be liable to Seller for any delay or failure in performance of obligations under this Contract if such delays or failure is dues to or results or is consequential upon force majeure. The term “force majeure” shall include natural calamities, acts of public enemies, insurrections, strikes, fires, war, explosions, floods, severe weather. 如果任何本合同項(xiàng)下履約延遲或是履約出于不可抗力的結(jié)果，則賣(mài)方不應(yīng)就此類履約延遲或是履約不能向買(mǎi)方承擔(dān)任何義務(wù)，反之亦然。 14.
