筆者認(rèn)為一個(gè)合格的鄭州托??谡Z培訓(xùn)老師在上課的時(shí)候如果是以兩個(gè)小時(shí)為一個(gè)單位,那么在上大課的時(shí)候應(yīng)該至少有4次也就是8個(gè)小時(shí)的時(shí)間來講解托??谡Z的12題,這個(gè)原則同樣適用于大班的教學(xué),也同樣適用于一對一的教學(xué),但是一對一的教學(xué)是分散的并不是連續(xù)性的上八個(gè)小時(shí)。但是12題是一個(gè)學(xué)生的水平越高,越不知道怎么準(zhǔn)備,因?yàn)樵谝粋€(gè)學(xué)生清楚的理解了觀點(diǎn)理由和細(xì)節(jié)的邏輯關(guān)系之后,真正痛苦的才剛剛開始,就是怎么樣在講的時(shí)候不跑題并且一定要是非常切題的細(xì)節(jié)。這個(gè)可以通過不斷地讓學(xué)生交作業(yè)來完成。如果一個(gè)老師可以在教學(xué)的時(shí)候用筆者剛才所提到的方法,他就可以很好的控制上課的速度,讓學(xué)生能夠在一個(gè)自己真實(shí)的節(jié)奏下面,由老師引導(dǎo),一步步的了解托??谡Z12題所考察的方向,不僅僅提高了自己口語水平,也同時(shí)很快速的提高了學(xué)生的口語成績。那么,重點(diǎn)就是一定要在講解的時(shí)候讓學(xué)生錄音,甚至讓學(xué)生把自己想說的話寫下來,之后教師一定要指出學(xué)生在邏輯上的錯(cuò)誤(logic problems),也就是所說的話題的發(fā)展的問題,通常情況的問題是學(xué)生說的理由和他的觀點(diǎn)沒有任何的關(guān)系,或者說他說的細(xì)節(jié)不夠具體,或者是他說的細(xì)節(jié)并不是和理由相關(guān)的就是跑題了。乍一聽,好像是非常的簡單,隨便一美聯(lián)英語學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)個(gè)人都可以講得很清楚觀點(diǎn)理由和細(xì)節(jié),但是最簡單的事情也最難,往往一個(gè)班級里面不管班級的人數(shù)多少能夠真的在講解當(dāng)中,在計(jì)時(shí)器的模式之下可以講一道題目就可以按照觀點(diǎn)理由細(xì)節(jié)講出來的學(xué)生幾乎沒有!是幾乎沒有!為什么幾乎沒有,是因?yàn)閷W(xué)生沒有經(jīng)過充分的準(zhǔn)備,腦子里面幾乎是一片空白的情況之下講的東西之間根本沒有任何的聯(lián)系,這種情況下錄音如果是在真是的考試?yán)锩?,就只能停留在兩分水平,再也無法提高自己的成績,即使是一些學(xué)生可以考到三分,也是比較低的三分。重點(diǎn)就是,老師自己一定要認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n,自己一定要可以找出學(xué)生的問題。關(guān)于答題思路,一定要讓學(xué)生理解給出觀點(diǎn),之后是理由,之后是細(xì)節(jié)的答題思路。第一托??谡Z的答題思路。因此,教師一定要不斷地上課,不斷在上課當(dāng)中學(xué)習(xí)怎么控制托福口語12題的講題速度。(現(xiàn)在的托??谡Z實(shí)際上已經(jīng)很大的變化,限于篇幅不能在這里繼續(xù)討論)如果只是這么講,這兩道題會(huì)讓學(xué)生丈二和尚摸不著頭腦,因?yàn)閷W(xué)生會(huì)問第一我該說什么?第二我怎么說?筆者自己的上百個(gè)一對一的托??谡Z學(xué)生(上大班的學(xué)生因?yàn)榻涣鞑粔蚨嗖]有足夠多的信息去證明筆者的觀點(diǎn),但是筆者每年教授近百位的一對一的學(xué)生因?yàn)槊總€(gè)人都建立有檔案可以跟蹤學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)步情況,更可以讓筆者了解學(xué)生口語成績的提高,或者說因?yàn)槭裁刺岣?,怎樣才是讓一個(gè)學(xué)生在最短時(shí)間最快速,最大程度的提高一個(gè)中國學(xué)生托??谡Z成績的方法,因?yàn)楣P者的長期實(shí)踐,甚至?xí)霈F(xiàn)學(xué)生的口語和聽力倒掛的情況,就是說學(xué)生的聽力成績?yōu)閭€(gè)位數(shù)但是口語卻考到了20分的情況,這就說明口語教學(xué)方法的成功,或者說是找到了學(xué)生真正地問題)。那么怎樣才能夠避免這個(gè)問題?筆者多年的經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴我們在講解題型的時(shí)候要放慢速度,比如說第一題和第二題在講解的時(shí)候要告訴學(xué)生第一題出題的思路是要求學(xué)生在15秒的準(zhǔn)備之后可以用自己的語言在45秒鐘之內(nèi)講清楚自己的一個(gè)觀點(diǎn)。筆者認(rèn)為托福的學(xué)生最主要的問題有兩個(gè),一個(gè)是對于考試的題型不熟悉,第二就是不知道怎么說。我自己是從教授雅思開始轉(zhuǎn)向教授托??谡Z的,所謂的轉(zhuǎn)向并不是之后再也不教授雅思的口語課程而是同時(shí)教授雅思口語和托??谡Z,之所以交代這一點(diǎn)是因?yàn)榻^大多數(shù)的雅思口語老師僅僅是教授一門雅思口語的話會(huì)有局限這個(gè)筆者會(huì)另有時(shí)間解釋,但是對于托福口語老師而言,絕大多數(shù)的托??谡Z老師都有教授雅思口語的經(jīng)歷,我自己的這個(gè)經(jīng)歷對于很多即將教授托??谡Z或者已經(jīng)同事教授兩門口語課程的老師將是既具有價(jià)值的。_______________,Given
