Under this situation, the core of improving laboratorial teaching is laboratory system reformation. According to teaching experiences, the authors analyze some existing problems which include laboratorial arrangement, laboratory equipment purchase, reformation of laboratorial teaching management system, the employment and management of laboratorian. Some measures and suggests are presented on the basis of practical conditions.Keywords: Laboratory。要實現這個目標，需要完成好以下工作：1. 改造實驗內容，促使有條件的實驗項目實現課程化；2. 利用現代化信息管理手段，開辦網上預約登記網站，使學生通過網上預約，既能自主安排自己的學習進程，又能養(yǎng)成主動關心學習效果的習慣；3. 促使實驗教學管理人員發(fā)生思想上的轉變，主動適應這種教學方式改革，實驗中心做好人員組織配套工作；4. 切實完成好實驗室實驗設備配套改造工作，特別要提高實驗設備的功能和可靠性
