Party A and Party B shall review the business ine weekly. 甲方有權按本合同約定獲得利潤及有義務承擔相應責任。 Party A and Party B agree to manage XXX(hereinafter referred to as” XXX” ) guest transportation together. Party B provides car and driver, Party B is in charge of guest transportation task and driver management. Party A and Party B will share the profit according to the contract.
