Advanced Training選派部分經(jīng)過中級培訓，有較全面素質(zhì)和很強責任心的主要設備操作手，到中國母公司進行更加系統(tǒng)的培訓。This is to let the employees know the overall technical process and know the role of each step. Training on how to operate should be given to major operators and operator at crucial posts. Personnel Training Program公司所從事的是玻璃深加工行業(yè)，有其特殊性和專業(yè)性。第三期的投資會加大力度，我們與合作伙伴共同增加投入，增加生產(chǎn)汽車用安全玻璃和建筑用安全玻璃的專用設備，為汽車生產(chǎn)廠的配套能力，提高到60萬輛，使建筑用安全玻璃的生產(chǎn)能力超過100萬平方米。We shall find a partner in South Africa to occupy and enlarge the market. We plan to establish a subpany, a joint venture in Johannesburg with a local pany to produce warm keeping and noise reducing safety glass with qualified environment protection requirement. Annual capacity of the venture will be 300 to 500 thousand m2. We’ll need a staff of about 200.（三）第三期投入3. The Third Stage of Investment在第二期投資運作完成后，將開始策劃第三期投資。The second stage of investment is to cooperate with USG and enlarge investment scale and promote productive capability. We plan to increase two sets or more equipment of auto glass. We plan to facilitate auto producers with 350 thousand sets of safety glass. A large and special equipment of construction safety glass will join us, thus increase the capacity of construction glass to 600 thousand m2 and enrich the scope of product variety. We shall be able to produce super large flat and curve face tempered glass. It takes about 1 year to finish the second stage of investment.
