【正文】 本協(xié)議及其以后簽訂的附件的傳真件以及掃描件和協(xié)議正本原件具有同等法律效力。附件具有同本協(xié)議同等的法律效力。This agreement is both enforceable in China and **************************************** court of laws and regulations.
