As the business and technology environment is changing, it is important to maintain the standards so that new technologies offering business benefits can be introduced while old or obsolete technologies can be retired.Skills and Experience RequiredThe key skills and experience: users should be notified well in advance on the changes introduced and the benefits they will get, and gradual rollout of changes by system, user group and etc., and “Middleware” encapsulates a wide range of technologies and products.
