Its appearance has changed the traditional CAD / CAM operations, parameters associated to spend the whole design and database design to make our products easier, significantly reducing product development time users. 我所做的這個設(shè)計還有很多欠缺的地方,在今后的學(xué)習(xí)工作中要注意這些方面的培養(yǎng),使自己達(dá)到更高設(shè)計水平,一定可以在一定程度上提高設(shè)計效率,優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案,縮短設(shè)計周期。經(jīng)過三個月的努力,我相信這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計一定能為四年的大學(xué)生涯劃上一個圓滿的句號,更重要的是我具備了一些設(shè)計的能力和設(shè)計思想。隨著不斷的接觸PRO/E,更讓我感到它是一套博大精深的三維CAD/CAM參數(shù)化軟件系統(tǒng),內(nèi)容之多,應(yīng)用范圍之廣,不愧為三維軟件系統(tǒng)中的一面旗幟。通過這次設(shè)計使我對塑料模具設(shè)計的各種成型方法,成型零件的設(shè)計,主要工藝參數(shù)的計算,產(chǎn)品缺陷及其解決辦法,模具的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及零部件的設(shè)計等都有了進(jìn)一步的理解和掌握。在這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計中通過參考、查閱各種有關(guān)模具和 PRO/E方面的資料,請教各位老師和同學(xué)有關(guān)這兩個方面的問題,雖然剛開始做設(shè)計時感到很吃力,但是隨著設(shè)計的不斷深入,思路更加清晰。(7) ,下圖為頂桿:設(shè)計斜滑塊抽芯機(jī)構(gòu),如下圖所示。1.EMX的項目準(zhǔn)備 (1)定義新項目(2)項目準(zhǔn)備,對加載體積塊的板進(jìn)行修改,添加澆注系統(tǒng)組件。利用數(shù)據(jù)庫方式管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架信息,解除了設(shè)計人員查找零件目錄和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)的繁瑣工作,有更多的時間從事創(chuàng)造性的設(shè)計,將參數(shù)化方法引入數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和管理中,便于用戶設(shè)計修改智能化的非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架模塊,更好地滿足了設(shè)計的實際需要。(4)導(dǎo)柱導(dǎo)套安裝的形式。 (3)模架規(guī)格。 (2)模架尺寸系列。 (1)模架品種。模架主參數(shù)是根據(jù)國標(biāo)中對塑料模架的標(biāo)記方法歸納得到的,具有一定的普遍性。具體地說,該庫中存儲了模架國標(biāo)代號、品種、系列等數(shù)據(jù)及指向標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架數(shù)據(jù)庫的指針。非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架數(shù)據(jù)庫的結(jié)構(gòu)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架數(shù)據(jù)庫類似,不同之處是非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架數(shù)據(jù)庫沒有國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而且記錄了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架數(shù)據(jù)的修改內(nèi)容,根據(jù)這一數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn),在使用過程中,該模架可以根據(jù)用戶給出的參數(shù)進(jìn)行智能化的非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架數(shù)據(jù)生成。這些零件可以分為4類:推出零件(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)推桿、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)推板、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)墊塊、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)支承板),支承與固定零件(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模板、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)支承柱),導(dǎo)向零件(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)導(dǎo)套、導(dǎo)柱),定位與限位零件(限位釘、圓錐定位件)。模架數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)圖在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架數(shù)據(jù)庫里,存儲著模架的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信息,其中包括模架的26個品種,模架的寬度尺寸系列,不同規(guī)格的尺寸數(shù)據(jù)等。 在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架庫中,模架數(shù)據(jù)實行統(tǒng)一、集中的管理,使數(shù)據(jù)獨(dú)立于程序而存在,
