EHSMS 協(xié)商和溝通(信息交流)公司建立并維護【EHS 信息交流與協(xié)商管理程序】( ),用于環(huán)境、職業(yè)健康安全管理信息的內(nèi)部和外部溝通。 new employees “threelevel” safety training? All personnel whose work may create a significant impact upon the environment, health and safety or have regulatory requirements regarding these job positions, should receive appropriate training to understand their roles and responsibilities in achieving conformance with the EHS policy and procedures and with the requirements of the EHS management system, including emergency preparedness and response requirements。EHSMS Structure and ResponsibilityThe pany anization chart and each department’s responsibility in the EHS management as well as the appointment of EHS management representative and his/her roles and responsibility should be documented and made available within the whole pany. The CIEM EHS mittee will coordinate the daily EHS management of the pany. The GM of China Campus is the chairman of the EHS mittee. All department managers are members of the mittee (Details please refer to 【EHS Responsibility and EHS Committee Procedure】(). The GM of China Campus appoint the EHS management representative whose responsibility is defined in 【EHS Responsibility and EHS Committee Procedure】(EHS) EHS MR, EHS and EHS delegate of related units are the members of the EHSMS Team, which is led by the EHS Manager. The team members coordinates EHS activities within concerned department, attend regular EHSMS team activities/meeting, audit the pliance of EHS management system and report EHS performance to both department managers and EHS management representative(s). The pany defines responsibilities of all departments and employees at various levels according the anization chart and EHS management system requirements. Please see 【EHS Responsibility and EHS Committee Procedure】() for reference.EHSMS Competence, training and awareness The pany establishes and maintains the 【EHS Training Management Procedure】(EHS) , to ensure that relevant employees especially those whose work may cause serious EHS influence/impact take proper training courses in light of applicable legal and other requirements. That is a basis for smoothly promoting EHS system, implementing management programs and carrying out operational control procedures. Department managers or dept. EHS coordinators provide training requests to HR Department. And EHS department is responsible for piling the annual pany level training plan and coordinating the pletion of such a plan.
