Our Dear ， This refers to your letter of 1 October 1999 regarding your request for further information concerning the identity of Wang X X and business between the above two panies. The results of our investigation are as follows： X X is a real person. He is the chairman of the board of AAA Co.，Ltd. to AAA Co.， LTD，the pany had business cooperation with TTT Co. in developing software technology in China since 1995， but they had not had a contract for this project. This cooperation could not continue because the market environment for that kind of software products had been changed. The two sides decided to stop the project in July 1，1998. The TTT JPY80，000，000 to AAA Co.，LTD for two purposes：(1)to pay operational expenses in the earlier stage and reserve fund for the development project.(2)to pay the penalties for the breach of project cooperation. XX did receive remittance from TTT Co. via DDD Bank H Branch in April 1，1998. Attached hereby please find the date ，amount of payment， and bank account for the remittance.
