【正文】 對本協(xié)議項(xiàng)下任何條款內(nèi)容進(jìn)行的改變、修正、變更或增添必須以書面形式作出，并由協(xié)議雙方的授權(quán)代表正式簽署后始才對該有關(guān)協(xié)議方生效。 位于美國德克薩斯州的州屬和聯(lián)邦法院對與本協(xié)議有關(guān)的任何訴訟或程序擁有管轄權(quán)。 8. Except as otherwise agreed in writing by the parties and subject to the confidentiality restrictions contained herein, the parties agree that either party may meet, exchange information, enter into agreements, and conduct business relationships of any kind with third parties to the exclusion of the other party hereto relating to projects which are the same or similar to those described above. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and except as otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties, discussion and/or munications between the parties hereto will not impair the right of either party to develop, make, use, procure, and/or market products or services now or in the future that may be petitive with those offered by the other, nor to develop and provide products to petitors of the other party, nor require either party to disclose any planning or other information to the other.
