【正文】 Works and Goods 工程和貨物 “Contractor’s Equipment” means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and pletion of the Works and remedying of 。 “Retention Money” means the accumulated retention moneys which the Employer retains under SubClause [Application for Interim Payments] and pays under SubClause [Payment of Retention Money]. “保留金 ”系指雇主根據(jù)第 [期中付款的申請 ]的規(guī)定扣留的保留金累 計金額，根據(jù)第 [保留金的支付 ]的規(guī)定進行支付。 “Local Currency” means the currency of the Country. 14 by Huang “當(dāng)?shù)刎泿?”系指工程所在國的貨幣。 “Final Statement” means the statement defined in SubClause [Application for Final Payment]. “最終報表 ”系指第 [最終付款的申請 ]規(guī)定的報表。 Money and Payments 款項與付款 “Contract Price” means the agreed amount stated in the Contract Agreement for the design, execution and pletion of the Works and the remedying of any defects, and includes adjustment (if any) in accordance with the contract. “合同價格 ”系指在合同協(xié)議書中寫明的、經(jīng)商定的工程設(shè)計、施工、竣工 和缺陷修補的款額，包括以及按照合同做出的調(diào)整（如果有）。 “Performance Certificate” means the certificate issued under SubClause [Performance Certificate]. 13 by Huang “履約證書 ”系指根據(jù)第 [履約證書 ]的規(guī)定頒發(fā)的證書。 “Defects Notification Period” means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under SubClause [Completion of Understanding Works and Remedying Defects], as stated in the Particular Conditions (with any extension under SubClause [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is peted as certified under SubClause [Taking Over of the Works and Sections].
