Statements in the L/C ?This credit is subject to the uniform customs and practice for documentary credits, 1993, revision ICC Publication No. 500. ?本信用證根據(jù)國(guó)際商會(huì)第 500號(hào)出版物 《 跟單信用證統(tǒng)一慣例 》 1993年修訂本開立。 More information 4． Negotiation of discrepant documents is forbidden, in this case please send us documents urgently in order to obtain applicant’ s approval. 禁止議付有不符點(diǎn)之單據(jù)，此時(shí)應(yīng)盡快將單據(jù)寄我行以征得申請(qǐng)人的接受。 2． Please send documents in one lot by special courier or similar to… 請(qǐng)將單據(jù)以快遞或類似方式一次寄出。 SWIFT成員銀行開出的信用證均 適用 《 UCP500》 ，除非另有特別說(shuō)明。 5) Applicant (開證申請(qǐng)人的名稱和地址 ) and Beneficiary (受益人的名稱和地址 ) 6) Amount and currency (金額及其幣種 ) 7) Clause of draft ( 匯票條款 ) It includes Tenor of draft (匯票的付款期限 ) and Drawee (匯票的付款人 ). 8) Clause of Shipment (貨物裝運(yùn)的規(guī)定 ) It gives the details of shipment, which refer to loading port, port of destination, latest date of shipment, partial shipment and transshipment. 9) Description of goods (貨物的描述 ) It is the description of goods under L/C, including name of modity, quantity, unit price, trade terms, contract or order number, marks and packing. 10) Documents required (需提交的單據(jù) ) It specifies the documents required for negotiation or payment, and the requirements. 11) Additional condition (特別要求 ) It specifies the special requirements for presentation, filling and sending of documents. 本信用證要求提交的單據(jù)包括：商業(yè)發(fā)票、普惠制產(chǎn)地證、受益人證明、裝箱單、已裝船清潔提單、保險(xiǎn)單、受益人證明
