Party B shall not directly or indirectly use any confidential information under any circumstance irrelevant to its job or disclose such confidential information to any third party without Party A?s approval in advance. When Party A still needs to reduce its workforce, after it has already shift its business scope, innovate its technology, adjust its operation pattern, and change this contract。 本合同訂立時(shí)所依據(jù)的客觀情況發(fā)生重大變化，致使本合同無(wú)法履行，經(jīng)當(dāng)事人協(xié)商不能就變更本合同達(dá)成協(xié)議的 。 乙方同時(shí)在其他地方兼職，對(duì)甲方的工作任務(wù)造成嚴(yán)重影響的，或者經(jīng)過(guò)甲方提出后仍不改正； Party B simultaneously establishes an employment relationship with other employers so as to seriously affect Party B?s pletion of the tasks of Party A, or refuses to make a correction though Party A has pointed it out。 嚴(yán)重違反勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律或者甲方規(guī)章制度的； 2.
