The overdue fine shall be calculated from the last day of the specified period for payment. 第四十一條 支付監(jiān)理報酬所采取的 貨幣幣種、匯率由合同專用條件約定。 Article 37 If in the opinion of Party A that Party B doesn’t discharge his rights without justifiable reasons, Party A can inform Party B of such opinion. If within 7 days from the date of notice Party A has not received any response, he can, within 35 days from the date of the first notice, inform Party B by notice to terminate the Supervision Entrustment Contract, and the Contract will terminate immediately. Party B shall assume the responsibility for the breach. 第三十八條 合同協(xié)議的終止并不影響各方應(yīng)有的權(quán)利和應(yīng)當(dāng)承擔(dān)的責(zé)任。 16 Article 35 If Party B has not received a payment voucher within 30 days from the due date of payment (Party B has submitted the payment request and formal invoices) nor has he received any written explanation from Party A, or the supervision service has been suspended for more than six months according to Article 31 and 32, Party B can notify Party A to terminate the Contract. If within 14 days from the date of notice Party B still has not received any response from Party A, he can make further notice to terminate the Contract. If within 42 days from the date of the second notice Party B still has not received any response from Party A, Party B can terminate the Contract or suspend or continue suspending from performing all or part of his service at his discretion.
