【正文】 十一、本合同一式三份，甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份，報鑒 證機關(guān)存留一份。七、合同的變更和解除：本合同生效后，甲乙雙方 無正當(dāng)理由不得變更合同或提前解除合同；如現(xiàn)實情況 發(fā)生變化，雙方可以協(xié)商變更合同或解除合同；任何一 方解除合同，須提前10 天通知對方，方能解除合同，并辦理有關(guān)手續(xù)，如一方違反以上規(guī)定應(yīng)給予另一方相 應(yīng)經(jīng)濟賠償。㈥乙方不得利用在甲方的地位和職權(quán)為自己謀取私 利；不得利用職權(quán)收受賄賂或者其他非法收入，不得侵 占甲方的財產(chǎn)。㈢保守甲方的商業(yè)秘密，如乙方泄露秘密，給甲方 造成損失的，除承擔(dān)法律責(zé)任外，還要賠償甲方的經(jīng)濟 損失。㈤其他法律法規(guī)和公司規(guī)章制度規(guī)定及合同約定的 權(quán)利義務(wù)。五、甲方的基本權(quán)利與義務(wù)：㈠根據(jù)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管理的需要和本公司的規(guī)章制度及 本合同的各項條款對乙方進行管理。二、聘用合同期限從乙方到甲方工作時起至項目結(jié)束 止。If discharge required，B should can operate the munication equipments on ：steal Smuggle，stowaway，drug trade，eroticism ect（5）乙方不遵守所在港國家法令等被追究地方責(zé)任給甲方造成損失的B break port station rules，is punished by the state，caused problems or loss（6）乙方私自與ITF 及其他國際公會組織接觸的B contact with ITF or other international associations privately（7）其他嚴(yán)重違法違紀(jì)情形other seriousillegal acts四，違約責(zé)任 defaultresponsibilities合同履行期間任何一方違約將導(dǎo)致合同終止，違約方應(yīng)向?qū)Ψ街Ц逗贤趦?nèi)月工資總額的10%的違約金。B have
