促進(jìn)國際貿(mào)易環(huán)境法制化、規(guī)范化。應(yīng)對文化差異，推動貿(mào)易自由的措施消除文化差異因素對貿(mào)易不利影響的最有效辦法是推動世界文化的融合，形成一種協(xié)調(diào)配合、相互尊重的多元文化綜合體，使文化差異對貿(mào)易的不利影響消失并推動貿(mào)易自由化的發(fā)展。人們從商品和服務(wù)中購買的主要是故事、情感、生活方式和心靈體驗(yàn)。我們可以在外國生產(chǎn)的文化衫上找到中國的京劇臉譜，但是說到純粹的京劇藝術(shù)，那就只有原生于中國文化氛圍下的京劇藝術(shù)表演家才能詮釋京劇的韻味。
