PD 專人簽收後立即須上SFIS 網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行鎖條碼於PACK 站。測試程式或治具的不良：若為測試程式或治具不良，由TE負(fù)責(zé)修復(fù)之。4. 以Golden Sample驗證測試程式及治具：由TE會同QA以Golden Sample進(jìn)行測試程式及治具的驗收。R verification have to be written down in the table (AT0801E105F12) and the GRamp。量產(chǎn)階段，由 TE 挑選現(xiàn)行生產(chǎn)版本之產(chǎn)品，依照產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書之需求安裝所需之週邊，以治具實際量測值 (A’) 減掉治具補償值 (C) 後，若所得到的值 (B’=A’C) 符合產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書所定義之規(guī)格 (B’=B)，可視為Golden Sample。. 該產(chǎn)品之測試項目有一個(含)測試項目以上有量測值方可判斷Pass或是Fail：. 該量測項目可以不透過治具而直接由儀器實際量測：由 TE 挑選現(xiàn)行生產(chǎn)版本之產(chǎn)品，依照產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書之需求安裝所需之週邊，以校驗期限內(nèi)合格之儀器 (電表、示波器、分析儀…etc) 量測該產(chǎn)品，所有量測項目及量測值均符合產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書所定義之規(guī)格，可視為Golden Sample。如產(chǎn)品生命周期將結(jié)束(EOL)造成爭議,則由 TE召集相關(guān)單位(PD, PE, BD)共同討論解決之.. 該產(chǎn)品之所有測試項目皆為邏輯性判斷項目(如MOB, POS..etc)，由 TE 挑選現(xiàn)行生產(chǎn)版本之產(chǎn)品，實際安裝測試時所需之所有週邊，並經(jīng)由 GRamp。2. 量產(chǎn)階段，Golden Sample為各測試站之必備工具，以利 PD 定期地驗證測試程式與治具。 Waiting 168。D people should acpany QE to do Golden Sample of each type to ensure its accuracy for the first calibration. 2.
