WAIPING consultant will give your reasonable suggestion on selection registrar body of ISO 14001 based on XXXX actual case. during consulting process:. WAIPING consultant shall municate to the staffs in XXXX to implement ISO 14001 EMS projects step by step, scheduling shall be formulated and agreed with each other, the followup status shall be provided firstly by the project leader in XXXX, the consultant shall report the overall status to top management in XXXX. Weiping Consulting XXXX ISO14001 Consulting Projecting Plan Keep in mind: Only one earth for mankind! 附件一、 ISO14001 認(rèn)證咨詢合約樣式 咨詢服務(wù)合約 (參考樣式 ) 合同編號(hào) :QZ(2021)0618 號(hào) 東莞庫(kù)柏電子有限公司 甲 立合約人 （以下簡(jiǎn)稱 方）， 奇正管理顧問(wèn)有限公司廣東公司 乙 甲方因業(yè)務(wù)需要由乙方協(xié)助 推行 ISO 14001 認(rèn)證 工作，現(xiàn)經(jīng)雙方議定共同遵守條款如下： 第一條：甲方委托的咨詢工作內(nèi)容為： ISO 14001 認(rèn)證咨詢服務(wù)，具體內(nèi)容為〈 ISO 14001 咨詢項(xiàng)目企劃書〉，認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)由甲方選擇。 第二條：本合約自簽訂之日起生效，至甲方取得 ISO 14001 認(rèn)證證書為止。 第三 條：乙方于合約期間，每月下旬排定次月“工作行程表”，經(jīng)甲方確認(rèn)后，乙方依行程表時(shí)間到甲方工廠作咨詢服務(wù)，每次服務(wù)完成后，乙方需提供現(xiàn)場(chǎng)咨詢報(bào)告供甲方主管確認(rèn)。 第四條：乙方于服務(wù)期間所知悉業(yè)務(wù)上機(jī)密等非公開性資料，乙方應(yīng)負(fù)對(duì)外保密之義務(wù)，并協(xié)助甲方接洽認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)及提供最新 ISO 14000 的信息。 第五條：乙方于服務(wù)期間提供相關(guān)教材及資料，由甲方自行影印，甲方并負(fù)責(zé)提供教育訓(xùn)練教室等教具，及按行程表組織相關(guān)人員參加培訓(xùn)。 第六條：本案由甲方支付乙方輔導(dǎo)費(fèi)用共計(jì) 人民幣 0000 元整（未含稅金）；如乙方需發(fā)票則另加 收 6%的營(yíng)業(yè)稅金；內(nèi)含輔導(dǎo)費(fèi)、教材費(fèi)；認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)的相關(guān)費(fèi)用不在此費(fèi)用中，屆時(shí)由甲方與認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)洽議；顧問(wèn)師在工作期間的食宿由甲方負(fù)責(zé)。 第七條：付款方式： 簽合約一周內(nèi)支付 30%， 計(jì) 人民幣為 0000 元整。 環(huán)境管理文件發(fā)行一周內(nèi)支付 30%， 計(jì) 人民幣為 0000 元整。 ISO 14001 認(rèn)證宣布通過(guò)時(shí)支付 40%，計(jì) 人民幣 0000 元整。 以上期間，甲方以現(xiàn)金或現(xiàn)金支票付款予乙方；乙方人員在向甲方收款時(shí)，必須提供蓋有“奇正企管咨詢公司財(cái)務(wù)專用章”印章的收據(jù)，甲方才可付款給乙方人員 ； Weiping Consulting XXXX ISO14001 Consulting Projecting Plan Keep in mind: Only one earth for mankind! 第八條；項(xiàng)目期間，雙方若有任何異議，需通過(guò)協(xié)調(diào)溝通解決。如超過(guò)一個(gè)月未達(dá)成一致意見時(shí)，任何一方均可提出終止本合約。 第九條： ，甲方不得要求乙方賠嘗及退還所付金額，并至終止之日乙方所發(fā)生費(fèi)用甲方仍需支付乙方。 ，而導(dǎo)致甲方未能一次性通過(guò)認(rèn)證時(shí)，乙方需服務(wù)至甲方通過(guò)認(rèn)證為止，不得增加輔導(dǎo)費(fèi)用。 第十條：本合約未規(guī)定之事項(xiàng)依中華人民共和國(guó)有關(guān)法律之規(guī)定，雙方并同意以甲方所在地為法院管轄地。 第十一條：本合約一式兩份，由甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份， 以資為憑。 以下無(wú)正文 合約人： 甲方：東莞庫(kù)柏電子有限公司（蓋章） 負(fù)責(zé)人： 日期： 地址： 電話： 07695316375 傳真： 07695316371 乙方：奇正管理顧問(wèn)有限公司（蓋章） 負(fù)責(zé)人： 日期： 營(yíng)業(yè)地址：廣東省東莞市長(zhǎng)安鎮(zhèn)錦廈新村長(zhǎng)興樓 69 棟 電話： 07695389741 傳真： 0769538974
