M ore accur ate pr ofessional business, and based m y industr ial base and r esour ces, aimed at nat ional indust rial layout2 引言 摘要： 用戶 ： 經(jīng)濟管理學院各班級 擬建系統(tǒng)的名稱：班務管理信息系統(tǒng) 目 標和功能： 建立一個班務管理信息系統(tǒng)，初步實現(xiàn)班務管理計算機化，以方便班委對班級事務的有效管理 。使用班務管理系統(tǒng)后，可以在以下幾個方面有所變化。 。 使用此系統(tǒng)后，可以將原來手工完成的記錄、統(tǒng)計等工作由計算機來完成，實現(xiàn)管理自動化，這將大大改進管理手段。 。 使用此系統(tǒng)后，班委可以將班務信息直接輸入并查詢以往信息，同學也可以查詢系統(tǒng)中的信息。 。 使用此系統(tǒng)后，可以節(jié)省人力，減少勞動負荷，并且可以提高信息處理速度和準確性。 背景： 系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的組織 單位 ：管理 101班 系統(tǒng)的服務對象 ： 經(jīng)濟管理學院各 班班委和學生 參考和引用的資料 ： 《管理信息系統(tǒng)》 中國水利水電出版社 王欣 編著 專門術語和縮寫詞 ：班務 管理信息系統(tǒng) 系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的必要性和意義 隨著院校規(guī)模的不斷擴大，學生數(shù)量急劇增加，有關學生的各種信息量也成倍增長。面對龐大的信息量需要有學生信息管理系統(tǒng)來提高學生管理工作的效率。 在這個軟件猖獗的時代，我們縱覽管理軟件大軍的隊伍里，很難找到一款專業(yè)的班級事務管理軟件，在這么多的管理軟件中為什么沒有這類軟件，原因有很多，這里就不詳細說明。現(xiàn) 在很多的班級事務管理主要是以輔導員 (班主任 )和班長為主，其它班干部為輔的管理體制來實現(xiàn)班級的日常事務管理。但是這些管理信息都是基于紙質檔的，即使有時有少部分的電子檔的也是用常用的辦公軟件。這樣為班級的平常事務管理帶來了即為的不方便，同時這些管理信息也極難回溯。 基于以上原因，開發(fā)一個專業(yè)的、專門用于班級事務管理的管理系統(tǒng)是很必須的。通過這樣的系統(tǒng)可以做到信息的規(guī)范管理和快速查詢、修改、增加、刪除等，從而減少管理方面的工作量 。 可行 性分析報告 3 現(xiàn)行系統(tǒng)的調查與分析 現(xiàn)行系統(tǒng)調查研究 1. 組織機構調查 在經(jīng) 濟管理學院，每個班中除班主任，主要有班長、團支書、學習委員、生活委員等學生干部，負責班級學生信息管理、班級活動、學習生活與班費管理等事務。其組織結構圖如圖 。 （ 1）班長負責班級總體事務，主要是對學生信息管理，并參與學生考勤與期末評定管理。 （ 2）團支書主要對班級活動進行記錄并備檔，并參與學生期末評定工作。 （ 3）學習委員負責學習方面的工作，主要是對班級同學成績的統(tǒng)計并備檔。 （ 4）生活委員負責班級費用的收支情況管理。 2. 業(yè)務流程調查 東北電力大學經(jīng)濟管理學院輔導員負責年級總 體事務的通知與成果審核。在各班中，班長負責總體事務，各班委負責相應事務，需求較多，任務較為繁瑣。 我對各班有關班委進行了調查，班務管理的業(yè)務流程是：每學期開始后，班級學生都要向班長提交其最新的個人信息表，由班長進行匯總，建成學生信息檔案，班級同學如有需求可以向班長進行查詢所需要的信息。 每學期中，輔導員都會向各班下達一些活動要求，一般都由團支書負責班活的規(guī)劃與實施。在每項活動完成后，團支書會記錄活動的相關信息，建立活動日志，并統(tǒng)計參與成員，為期末綜合評定提供依據(jù)。每學期末，學習委員會將學生績點進行統(tǒng)計，并統(tǒng)計 掛科的學生情況。在班級的班費收支上，經(jīng)班級會議同意，生活委員對班費進行收取和相關事務的花費并記錄備檔 。所有信息都可供學生查詢。業(yè)務流程圖如圖 。 輔導員 班長 團支書 學習委員 生活委員 其他委員 圖 組織機構圖 東北電力大學課程設計報告 t he f ir st r esponsibilt y of t he f or est , 26t h spr ing area has f uly deployed t o t he f ir e, has now ent er ed t he f ir e, we have t o be on dut y, and ef end.
