【導(dǎo)讀】軟件做出了深入的研究后，使用ACCESS作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)的。然后給出了用VB實(shí)現(xiàn)的書(shū)店管理系統(tǒng)。在管理過(guò)程中所要遇到的各類(lèi)情。了分析和排行，解決了用手工方法帶來(lái)的困難，和數(shù)據(jù)出錯(cuò)的概率。管理人員帶來(lái)了及大的便利，而且創(chuàng)建了賞心悅目、相互友好的用戶(hù)界面。維護(hù)以及前端應(yīng)用程序的開(kāi)發(fā)兩個(gè)方面。對(duì)于前者要求建立起數(shù)據(jù)一致性和完整。性強(qiáng)、數(shù)據(jù)安全性好的庫(kù)。而對(duì)于后者則要求應(yīng)用程序功能完備,易使用等特點(diǎn)。析、功能模塊劃分、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模式分析。本系統(tǒng)采用會(huì)員制管理，系統(tǒng)功能應(yīng)包含

　　

【正文】 圖書(shū)信息查詢(xún)：選擇書(shū)號(hào)或書(shū)名為查詢(xún)條件且輸入該信息 ,就可以進(jìn)行查詢(xún)，若查找到了將顯示出該記錄 ,否則會(huì)提示沒(méi)有該記錄。 會(huì)員信息查詢(xún)： 查詢(xún) 會(huì)員 者可根據(jù) 會(huì)員 者的 會(huì)員卡號(hào)或姓名為查詢(xún)信息就可以進(jìn)行查詢(xún)，若查找到了將顯示出該記錄 ,否則會(huì)提示沒(méi)有該記錄。 售書(shū)信息查詢(xún)：選擇書(shū)號(hào)或會(huì)員卡號(hào)為查詢(xún)條件且輸入該信息 ,就可以進(jìn)行查詢(xún)，若查找到了將顯示出該記錄 ,否則會(huì)提示沒(méi)有該記錄。 管理員通過(guò)驗(yàn)證后可以進(jìn)入各個(gè)功能的界面，可以查找數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)各功能里的數(shù)據(jù)。如圖 58圖書(shū)查詢(xún)子模塊流程圖所示。 開(kāi)始 輸入相關(guān)信息 判斷信息是否正確 是 否 成功信息 錯(cuò)誤信息 結(jié)束 圖 58 圖書(shū)查詢(xún)子模塊流程圖 開(kāi)始 輸入查詢(xún)的 信息 判斷是否找到 ? 查詢(xún)成功 查詢(xún)失敗 是 否 結(jié)束 6. 系統(tǒng)實(shí)施、評(píng)價(jià)與運(yùn)行 系統(tǒng)實(shí)施 系統(tǒng)實(shí)施階段的主要任務(wù) 運(yùn)行各窗體，檢測(cè)其是否能正常運(yùn)行。在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤的，通過(guò)調(diào)試使其正常運(yùn)行，同時(shí)將各窗體模塊得以完善。 本系統(tǒng)的具體實(shí)施 首先建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，輸入數(shù)據(jù)（圖書(shū)編號(hào)、圖書(shū)名稱(chēng)，會(huì)員卡號(hào)等），根據(jù)不同的設(shè)計(jì)建立窗體。 系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行管理制度 測(cè)試的重點(diǎn)是對(duì)各項(xiàng)功能的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)行全面測(cè)試。加入圖書(shū)為例來(lái)測(cè)試軟件的各子系統(tǒng)的協(xié)作。 信息系統(tǒng)的評(píng)價(jià)體系 當(dāng)今時(shí)代是飛速發(fā)展的信息時(shí)代。在各行各業(yè)中離不開(kāi)信息處理，這正是計(jì)算機(jī)被廣泛應(yīng)用 于信息管理系統(tǒng)的環(huán)境。計(jì)算機(jī)的最大好處在于利用它能夠進(jìn)行信息管理。使用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行信息控制，不僅提高了工作效率，而且大大的提高了其安全性。 尤其對(duì)于復(fù)雜的信息管理，計(jì)算機(jī)能夠充分發(fā)揮它的優(yōu)越性。計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行信息管理與信息管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)密切相關(guān)，系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)是系統(tǒng)管理的前提。本系統(tǒng)就是為了管理好書(shū)店信息而設(shè)計(jì)的。 書(shū)店作為一種信息資源的集散地，圖書(shū)和 售書(shū) 資料繁多，包含很多的信息數(shù)據(jù)的管理，現(xiàn)今，有很多的書(shū)店都是初步開(kāi)始使用，甚至尚未使用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行信息管理。根據(jù)調(diào)查得知，他們以前對(duì)信息管理的主要方式是基于文本、表格等 紙介質(zhì)的手工處理，對(duì)于 售書(shū) 情況的統(tǒng)計(jì)和核實(shí)等往往采用對(duì) 會(huì)員 卡的人工檢查進(jìn)行。數(shù)據(jù)信息處理工作量大，容易出錯(cuò)；由于數(shù)據(jù)繁多，容易丟失，且不易查找。總的來(lái)說(shuō)，缺乏系統(tǒng)，規(guī)范的信息管理手段。盡管有的書(shū)店有計(jì)算機(jī)，但是尚未用于信息管理，沒(méi)有發(fā)揮它的效力，資源閑置比較突出，這就是管理信息系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)的基本環(huán)境。 數(shù)據(jù)處理手工操作，工作量大，出錯(cuò)率高，出錯(cuò)后不易更改。書(shū)店采取手工方式對(duì) 售書(shū) 情況進(jìn)行人工管理，由于信息比較多， 售書(shū) 信息的管理工作混亂而又復(fù)雜；書(shū)店的工作人員和管理員也只是當(dāng)時(shí)對(duì)它比較清楚，時(shí)間一長(zhǎng)，如再要進(jìn)行查 詢(xún)，就得在眾多的資料中翻閱、查找了，造成查詢(xún)費(fèi)時(shí)、費(fèi)力。如要對(duì)很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間以前的圖書(shū)進(jìn)行更改就更加困難了。 基于這此問(wèn)題，我認(rèn)為有必要建立一個(gè) 書(shū)店 管理系統(tǒng)，使圖書(shū)管理工作規(guī)范化，系統(tǒng)化，程序化，避免圖書(shū)管理的隨意性，提高信息處理的速度和準(zhǔn)確性，能夠及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確、有效的查詢(xún)和修改圖書(shū)情況 。 結(jié)語(yǔ) 本 次設(shè)計(jì)的書(shū)店管理系統(tǒng)以 關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù) ACCESS 為后臺(tái)，以可視化編程工具 VB 作為前臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)工具。使得本軟件能實(shí)際、有效，真正起到了數(shù)據(jù)管理的目的。 在此次設(shè)計(jì)中， 我遇到了許多問(wèn)題，比如剛開(kāi)始打開(kāi)工程時(shí)提示“加載工程出錯(cuò)”，后來(lái)在網(wǎng)上搜尋了一些相關(guān)的例子后，找到了原因所在。是因?yàn)橹匮b過(guò)一個(gè) VB 軟件后，要重新在工程中加載過(guò)窗體的。通過(guò)查資料和查閱網(wǎng)上解析，都逐一解決了，雖然我的系統(tǒng)并不完善，但的確是我努力設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)果。 通過(guò)些次設(shè)計(jì)，使我對(duì) VB 和 ACCESS 得以很好的鞏固，在此基礎(chǔ)上又有了進(jìn)一步的提高。 參考文獻(xiàn) :《 Visual Basic 6 數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例導(dǎo)航》，科學(xué)出版社， 2021。 2. 胡同森、羅朝盛：《 Visual BASIC 程序設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)》，浙江科學(xué)技術(shù)出版社， 2021。 ：《 Visual Basic 學(xué)習(xí)捷徑》， 清華大學(xué)出版社， 2021。 、陸衛(wèi)忠：《可視化編程應(yīng)用 Visual BASIC》，高等教育出版社， 2021。 致謝 在 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中，我從指導(dǎo)老師陳志剛老師身上學(xué)到了很多東西。陳老師認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的工作態(tài)度，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)闹螌W(xué)精神和深厚的理論水平都使我受益匪淺。無(wú)論在理論上還是在實(shí)踐中，都給予我很大的幫助，使我的水 平在原有的基礎(chǔ)上得到不少的提高。這對(duì)于我以后的工作和學(xué)習(xí)都有一種巨大的幫助，感謝他細(xì)心而又耐心的輔導(dǎo)。 That? She looked at his hands as he wrapped it around her, and she reached out and touched the hardness of his shoulder. You sure must be strong, she mented. Pretty strong. I work hard, being a pusher. Just what is a pusher? she said, and stifled a yawn. Come sit on my lap, and I39。ll tell you. He did tell her, and it was a very good story that no adventurous child could resist. He had practiced that story, re fined it, told it many times into a recorder until he had the rhythms and cadences just right, until he found just the right words not too difficult words, but words with some fire and juice in them. And once more he grew encouraged. She had been tired when he started, but he gradually caught her attention. It was possible no one had ever told her a story in quite that way. She was used to sitting before the screen and having a story shoved into her eyes and ears. It was something new to be able to interrupt with questions and get answers. Even reading was not like that. It was the oral tradition of storytelling, and it could still mesm erize the nth generation of the electronic age. That sounds great, she said, when she was sure he was .through. You liked it? 1 really truly did. 1 think I want to be a pusher when I grow up. That was a really neat story. Well, that39。s not actually the story I was going to tell you. That39。s just what it39。s like to be a pusher. You mean you have another story? Sure. He looked at his watch. But I39。m afraid it39。s getting late. It39。s almost dark, and everybody39。s gone home. You39。d probably better go too. She was in agony, torn between what she was supposed to do and what she wanted. It really should be no contest, if she was who he thought she was. Well . . . butbut I39。ll e back here tomorrow and you39。 He was shaking his head. My ship leaves in the morning, he said. There39。s no time. Then tell me now! I can stay out. Tell me now. Please please please? He coyly resisted, harrumphed, protested, but in the end allowed himself to be seduced. He felt very good. He had her like a fivepound trout on a twenty pound line. I t wasn39。t sporting. But, then. he wasn39。t playing a game. So at last he got to his specialty. He sometimes wished he could claim the story for his own. but the fact was he could not make up stories. He no longer tried to. Instead, he cribbed from every fairy tale and fantasy story he could find. If he had a genius, it was in adapting some of the elements to fit the world she knewwhile keeping it strange enough to enthrall herand in adlibbing the end to personalize it.
