我國電子商務物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與對策-資料下載頁

【正文】 聯(lián)盟與合作 物流聯(lián)盟已成為目前物流企業(yè)增加實力,迅速擴張的最主要方式之一。近年來,世界物流十強企業(yè)紛紛通過業(yè)務整合,企業(yè)兼并和聯(lián)合來鞏固市場,增加盈利。我國物流企業(yè)也要重視資本經(jīng)營,通過股權轉換,聯(lián)合與兼并,迅速增強企業(yè)實力,擴大服務范圍,在復雜的市場競爭格局中占據(jù)有利地位。 推廣現(xiàn)代物流管理技術,推進物流信息化 第一,物流業(yè)要進行管理觀念和管理技術創(chuàng)新。 我國“十一五”規(guī)劃綱要提出“要推廣現(xiàn)代物流管理技術,促進企業(yè)內(nèi)部物流社會化,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)物流采購、生產(chǎn)組織、產(chǎn)品銷售和再生資源回收的系列化運作”。這里實際上講的是流通企業(yè)面對物流發(fā)展的大潮流應該怎么辦。第二,物流業(yè)要加強物流新技術的開發(fā)利用。“十一五”規(guī)劃綱要提出“建立物流標準化體系,加強物流新技術開發(fā)利用,推進物流信息化”。這實際上講的是中國現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展的三大技術支撐;一是標準化,而是信息化,三是物流技術與裝備現(xiàn)代化。 電子商務實際上就是一個高科技的經(jīng)濟模式,物流企業(yè)要適應電子商務的發(fā)展,就要立足于高科技, 高起點。物流是一種先進生產(chǎn)力,物流業(yè)的水平從一個側面反映了一個國家綜合科技水平的高低 加強電子商務物流人才的培養(yǎng)。 電子商務物流管理遠遠超出運輸與倉儲的范圍,它包括物流技術現(xiàn)代化,物流設施設備的機械化與自動化,物流管理科學化、信息化、專業(yè)化與計算機化、管理要素多樣化等。電子商務對傳統(tǒng)物流提出了巨大挑戰(zhàn),它要求網(wǎng)絡營銷與物流業(yè)實際發(fā)展相對接,將網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)濟與物流知識相聯(lián)系,從而尋找適應電子商務發(fā)展需求的物流方案,因此一大批既擅長網(wǎng)絡營銷又精通現(xiàn)代物流知識,既懂技術又懂管理的復合型專門人才。 我國電子商務 物流人才的緊缺從 2021 年上海物流人才狀況抽樣調(diào)查結果可以看 出:上海物流從業(yè)人才中本科畢業(yè)占 %,研究生占 %;理工類畢業(yè)占 %,管理類畢業(yè)占 35%,沒有純物流類。同年美國的物流調(diào)查報告指出:美國物流從業(yè)人才中本科畢業(yè)占 95%,研究生畢業(yè)占 4%;工商管理類占 40%,物流類占 14%,工程技術類占 12%。由此可見,我國物流缺乏專業(yè)人才。因此,加強物流人才培養(yǎng)是發(fā)展我國電子商務物流的基礎戰(zhàn)略。 第七章 結束語 電子商務物流問題是制約電子商務發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié),也是能否體現(xiàn)電子商務優(yōu)勢的關鍵所在。 物流模式可以有多種選擇,企業(yè)完全可以針對電子商務環(huán)境下物流的特點和企業(yè)自身的情況做出合理的決策。我國電子商務物流起步較晚 , 現(xiàn)在的發(fā)展還很不完善,要在短時間內(nèi)全面解決電子商務物流問題是不現(xiàn)實的,但是,電子商務物流在我國還有很大發(fā)展空間,發(fā)展態(tài)勢良好。 要推動我國電子商務物流的快速發(fā)展 , 就必須認真地找出問題 , 提出切實可行的解決方案 , 踏踏實實地落實執(zhí)行。要在政府的大力支持和引導下 ,積極推動商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新、信息技術創(chuàng)新 , 并認真致力于相關人才的培養(yǎng)工作 , 促使我國電子商務物流健康、快速、穩(wěn)定地發(fā)展。 致謝 通過完成此次畢業(yè)論文 ,使我受益匪淺。我通過查閱資料和書籍,對我國電子商務的整體發(fā)展和物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展都有了完整的認識,對世界上先進的物流理念和電子商務理念也有了清晰地認識。通過完成論文,使我對電子商務和物流的關系有了更深層次的理解,把相關知識都聯(lián)系在了一起,使大學期間學習的很多東西都有了有機的串聯(lián)。 在整個畢業(yè)論文的完成過程中,我的指導老師張堯晨老師給了我很多有建設性的思路和幫助,在此我對張老師表示深深的感謝。 在完成畢設的過程中,我們寢室的全體成員都給了我很多的幫助和鼓勵 ,在這里也對他們表示感謝! 最后還要感謝所有教過我的老師們這四年來對我們辛苦的培養(yǎng)! 參考文獻 [1]李從,現(xiàn)代物流,第 5期,第 20卷, 2021 [2]鄧建福, 我國電子商務物流現(xiàn)狀, 電子商務世界, 2021 [3]李琪,電子商務概論,高等教育出版社, 2021 [4]楊堅爭,電子商務基礎與應用,西安電子科技大學出版社, 2021 附錄 翻譯 : Building an EBusiness Strategy for Mainland China By Ava Chien and Ellen Salem As China prepares to join the World Trade Organization (WTO), the time seems ripe to explore ebusiness strategies in this rapidly growing market. While it may be getting easier for multinationals to invest in the Chinese market, there remain barriers and pitfalls that Western technology and business leaders need to build into their business plans and practices. Ava Chien and Ellen Salem, two business consultants with decades of experience with the Chinese market, give advice on how to make a go of ebusiness in the largest country in the world. Growth of the Inter The exponential growth that has occurred in the number of Inter users in China make it a prime target for foreign investment in emerce. In 1995, there were fewer than 50,000 Inter users in China. At the beginning of 1998, there were some million users. By the end of 2021, the China Inter Information Center projects there will be 20 million users. While the statistics may be exaggerated, the growth rates to date suggest that they may not be far from the mark. This growth is all the more extraordinary when one considers that only 14 percent of the population has ever heard of the Inter. By the same token, that growth underlines the fact that the Chinese are quick to adopt technology as soon as it is available. In addition, there are now 48,000 domain names in China, threequarters of them mercial. According to the official Wenhui Daily, in 1999, emerce sales leapt 400 percent from some $8 million to more than $40 million. And IDC (a sister pany to CXO Media) expects sales of $ billion by 2021. The government is investing heavily in technology. It recognizes the potential for ebusiness to transform China39。s distinct and plex markets into one emarketplace. Teledensity is increasing rapidly. A fiberoptic grid is now in place, enabling the Ministry of Information Industry (MII) to install new lines at a stunning pace. While teledensity is still low with 11 lines for every 100 people, several more years of rapid growth will make China one of the most attractive tele markets in the world. But it must also be kept in mind that there is no national payment system for buying goods online. Reliable distribution channels are lacking as well. Even in the prosperous coastal provinces in the East, transportation can be very problematic. Buyers are not confident about security and those who have credit cards are reluctant to use them over the Web. The Legal Framework The fact is, there is no legal framework. In 2021, Li Ying, the deputy head of the center of puter and microelectronics industry and development (CCID), which is controlled by the MII, said that work on an overall legal framework was underway. Some rules, she said, are expected to be published on a gradual basis, following China39。s entry into the WTO. In addition, CCID is collaborating with the taxation authorities to draft tax regulations. Ying made special mention of the need to build a certificate of authentication system and the difficulties of constructing a healthy credit system. Another problem is the regulations now in place regarding encryption. Initially foreign businesses were required to register the encryption products they used in China. This would have given the state the ability to decode traffic passing through the Inter between branches of the same business. The state has since backed down on this requirement. But Chinese firms are still forbidden to use any foreignmade standalone encryption products. They may only use Chinesemade products registered with the new State Encryption Management Commission. This gives the state a means of monitoring puter traffic. It is not clear if that regulation will apply to joint ventures that are over 49 percent foreign owned.
