From the perspective of meme, human being is just an effective machine which can transmit memes more conveniently. As an important method of language transmission, reciting input should not be ignored. In the course of the second language acquisition, traditional reading, the methods of recitation as well as the accumulation of linguistic material should be valued. For example, in the English teaching practice, it is not sufficient for the teachers to exploit the listening material in the textbook to acplish the task. Actually, it is much better to collect some articles which are similar to the textbook in content and theme to let the students recite. A large amount of reciting input can make the learner create a context in the mind, accelerating meme’s reproducing and transmitting process. The premise of linguistic meme’s transmitting process is that there should be a meme that can be reproduced. The classic language materials the predecessors left thousand years ago are the very linguistic meme of language prehension and expression. Once the learner reserves these linguistic memes, he can extract them easily, according to his needs, to make language expression precise and minimize the municative function of language. There is a close relationship between meme and reciting input. Here are the two binations of meme and reciting input: (1) The binations of genotypic meme and the reciting input。 For the expression of the same information, its memes’ forms can be consistent or not in the course of reproduction and transmission but identical in the content. The same information does not change in forms and can be transmitted directly. In language learning process, information is the main body of imitation and transmission with diverse forms. But the genotypic language is the meme that has the same content in different forms, whose transmitting feature is direct mechanical application or the same information transmitted in different forms. “Direct mechanical application” refers to a process where the content of information is directly applied to the language teaching. In the course of English teaching, there is considerable corpus can be the memes for students to express the content of information. For example, if a person wants to praise the value of friendship, he can say: “Should auld acquaintance be fot, And never brought to mind? ”. (2) The bination of phenotypic meme and reciting input。 The feature of phenotypic meme refers to different information transmitted together. Such mode of transmission belongs to the transmission of prototype with different meanings, and the content of the old is replaced by the new one. In language teaching, students should be taught to bine different contexts, adding different contents in the same linguistic forms to construct a new plex meme which includes “association with the same form” and “same structure with different meanings”. The former refers to the semantic association that people produce, which appears in different occasions in the same form. “Same structure with different meanings” means that the meme imitates the language structure which has been known in the transmitting process and reproduces a phenotypic meme with new content. Influenced by the theory of memelies, according to reciting input to deepen the memorization, it will be much better and helpful to exploit the target language more precisely. The Emotional Disorder of Reciting Input Reciting input aims to cultivate and strengthen the perceptual experience in written language of the learner, through reproducing and imitating the accumulative language material to promote the language generation capacity. The main method of textual recitation is the frequent input, and its basic target is to realize the precise reproduction. But reciting input emphasizes the single linear operation and tries to settle a matter at one go so as to prehensively refresh the learner’s individual cognitive pattern, which makes the learner totally bee the passive recipient of the textual information. As a learner of cognitive subject, though the input of text can result in a certain resonance, controlled by the external text of the authoritative “monologue”, it will be difficult for the learner to build an effective conversation. Additionally, the loss of personal speech right indicates that the internal demand of the learner will be ignored or cubed. Without the mutual munication, it will not be easy to develop a new meaning and understanding effectively. The oppressive cognition of reciting input in the operating practice can easily result in the “emotional illiteracy” of the learner, in this case, the cognitive activity of the brain is situated in the state of inhibition or half inhibition. Researches have shown that when a person is situated in the state of negative emotion, cognitive activity will stop or bring about little effect.
