The classic language materials the predecessors left thousand years ago are the very linguistic meme of language prehension and expression. Once the learner reserves these linguistic memes, he can extract them easily, according to his needs, to make language expression precise and minimize the municative function of language. There is a close relationship between meme and reciting input. Here are the two binations of meme and reciting input: (1) The binations of genotypic meme and the reciting input。 For the expression of the same information, its memes’ forms can be consistent or not in the course of reproduction and transmission but identical in the content. The same information does not change in forms and can be transmitted directly. In language learning process, information is the main body of imitation and transmission with diverse forms.
