瑞豐農(nóng)資辦公自動化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)畢業(yè)論文-資料下載頁

【導(dǎo)讀】前端應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)和后端數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立兩個方面。對于前者要求應(yīng)用程序功能完備操作簡單，對。于后者要求建立起數(shù)據(jù)一致性、完整性和安全性良好的數(shù)據(jù)庫。本論文在對充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，針對瑞豐農(nóng)資公司實際情況，采用Browse/Server模式、利用JAVA. 語言及struts框架進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)，實現(xiàn)企業(yè)辦公自動化系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)具有內(nèi)部郵件的收發(fā)、公司公。該系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)可使企業(yè)內(nèi)員工之間信息的交流更高效、便捷，也使企業(yè)內(nèi)各部門之間員。爭中贏得優(yōu)勢，實現(xiàn)企業(yè)整體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。
【正文】 （ 4） 公告瀏覽和發(fā)布可以正常進(jìn)行。 （ 5） 可以正常進(jìn)行人力資源管理的各項功能。 （ 6） 資產(chǎn)瀏覽及添加和刪除可以正常進(jìn)行。 （ 7） 文檔 上傳及刪除可以正常進(jìn)行。 （ 8） 意見的發(fā)表功能可以正常進(jìn)行。 （ 9） 修改個人信息后可以用新信息進(jìn)行重新登錄。 （ 10） 其他用戶登錄后可以憑個人權(quán)限瀏覽相應(yīng)的信息及更改后的信息，實現(xiàn)了項目前臺與數(shù)據(jù)庫之間的信息交互。 測試評價 經(jīng)過對本系統(tǒng)各模塊的測試，證明本系統(tǒng)可以完成企業(yè)辦公自動化的需求中的全部功能，有很強(qiáng)的實用性和可操作性。 6． 結(jié)語 經(jīng)過幾個多月的設(shè)計和開發(fā) ,瑞豐農(nóng)資公司辦公自動化系統(tǒng)開發(fā)完畢，其功能實現(xiàn)基本符合要求，能夠完成管理主界面與登錄程序設(shè)計 、 人力資源管理模塊 、 內(nèi)部郵件管理模塊 和 收 /發(fā) 文管理模塊等。通過這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計，我更深入地了解了 Struts， Javascript、 JSP的技術(shù)以及 sqlserver的使用等，從以前的理論上升到實踐，從感性認(rèn)識上升到理性認(rèn)識，真正做到學(xué)有所用 。 雖然在設(shè)計中我遇到了一些問題，而且往往一個小小的錯誤都會使我花很多的時間和精力去尋找和修正，但在老師的幫助和自己的努力下，我最終還是一一克服了。 通過這次設(shè)計，使我學(xué)到了很多東西，受益匪淺，讓我深刻體會到理論到實踐是一個艱難的過程，必須勤動手，才能發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，使自己得到真正的提高。經(jīng)過了這次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計使我學(xué)到了很多知識，給我今后在工作和學(xué)習(xí)上也提供了不少寶貴的經(jīng)驗，并且通過這次做畢業(yè)設(shè)計也使我也發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己在學(xué)習(xí)上的不足，主要是動手能力的不足，我會努力在以后的工作道路上繼續(xù)充實自我，完善自我。 瑞豐農(nóng)資辦公自動化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn) 20 致謝 首先感謝我的導(dǎo)師 趙宇蘭 在畢業(yè)設(shè)計期間對我在學(xué)業(yè)上的悉心指導(dǎo)和無私幫助。 趙老師 淵博的知識體系、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)闹螌W(xué)態(tài)度和無盡的求新精神給了我潛移默化的影響，幫助我順利地完成了畢業(yè)設(shè)計和論文，而這一切也將會指導(dǎo)我在今后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作中取得更大的成績。 同時 ， 我還要感謝在畢業(yè)設(shè)計期間給予我無私幫助的同學(xué)，感謝他們在精神上 給予我的支持，有了他 們才使我順利完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計。 最后，感謝評審老師在百忙中抽出時間對我的論文進(jìn)行批評指正，謝謝！ 山西大學(xué)商務(wù)學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計） 21 參考文獻(xiàn) [1] Louis Server 數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計權(quán)威指南 [M].美國 :20xx. As to the things that the former requires the application program to have plete function and operate simply, demand to set up the database with good consistency of the data, integrality and security to the latter. This thesis is on the basis of fully survey and study the information technical pany of RFNZ, direct against this pany actual condition, adopt Client/Server mode, utilize Java to carry on systematic development, regard SQL Server as the work database, realizing the aurora office automated basic information of staff unify management stand up enterprise with work database, form information source of integration, system can c lassify the staff, according to department that staff belong to, helping person as fast as he can to find and send goal and can convenient to carry on group of message, the general manager has supreme authority, responsible for the management to the system in this this can make enterprise39。s staff exchange information higheffic ient, convenient, and reduce the exchange of the staff of different enterprise department, improve the efficiency of the enterprise whole office, economize the cost for the enterprise, make the enterprise gain advantage among the fierce market petition, realize the goal of enterprise39。s overall strategy.
