【導(dǎo)讀】近年來隨著汽車工業(yè)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,使得汽車的檢測與維修發(fā)生了的變化。為了適應(yīng)目前日新月異的汽車新技術(shù),滿足當(dāng)前職業(yè)院校對汽車教學(xué)設(shè)施的迫切需求。,實現(xiàn)了頂級水平的低油耗、高輸出、低排放。而且它還配備了CVT即無級變速器,由于CVT可以實現(xiàn)傳動比的連續(xù)改變,從而得到傳動系與發(fā)動機工況的最佳匹配,提高整車的燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性和動力性。為此選擇以廣州本田飛度這款經(jīng)典車型變速器設(shè)計實驗臺。本文對該實驗臺的設(shè)計方案進(jìn)行了一些研究,同時對無級變速器系統(tǒng)的基本原理做了一定的介紹以及油路的走向和各個閥體的工作原理。為制定一臺性能可靠、功能齊全的本田飛度汽車變速器實驗臺起到了一定的鋪墊作用。

There is no gear shift in an automatic transmission car. Once you put the transmission into drive, everything else is automatic. Both the automatic transmission and a manual transmission acplish exactly the same thing, but they do it in totally different ways. It turns out that the way an automatic transmission does it is absolutely amazing!In this article, we39。ll work our way through an automatic transmission. We39。ll start with the key to the whole system: planetary gearsets. Then we39。ll see how the transmission is put together, learn how the controls work and discuss some of the intricacies involved in controlling a transmission. Just like that of a manual transmission, the automatic transmission39。s primary job is to allow the engine to operate in its narrow range of speeds while providing a wide range of output speeds.Without a transmission, cars would be limited to one gear ratio and that ratio would have to be selected to allow the car to travel at the desired top speed. If you wanted a top speed of 80 mph, then the gear ratio would be similar to third gear in most manual transmission cars. You39。ve probably never tried driving a manual transmission car using only third gear. If you did, you39。d quickly find out that you had almost no acceleration when starting out, and at high speeds, the engine would be screaming along near the redline. A car like this would wear out very quickly and would be nearly undriveable. So the transmission uses gears to make more effective use of the engine39。s torque and to keep the engine operating at an appropriate speed. The key difference between a manual and an automatic transmission is that the manual transmission locks and unlocks different sets of gears to the output shaft to achieve the various gear ratios, while in an automatic transmission, the same set of gears produces all of the different gear ratios. The planetary gearset is the device that makes this possible in an automatic transmission.2 The main ponents that make up an automatic transmission include Planetary Gear Sets Automatic transmissions contain many gears in various binations.In a manual transmission.gears slide along shafts as you move the shift lever from one position to another,engaging various sized gears as required in order to provide the correct gear ratio .In an automatic transmission,however,the gears are never physically moved and are always engaged to the same gears.This is acplished through the use of planetary gear sets. The basic planetary gear set consists of a sun gear, a ring gear and two or more planet gears,all remaining in constant mesh.The planet gears are connected to each other through a mon carrier which allows the gears to spin on shafts called “pinions’’ which are attached to the carrier. One example of the way that this system can be used is by connecting the ring gear to the input shaft ing from the engine,connecting the planet carrier to the output shaft,and locking the sun gear so that it can’t move.In this scenario,when we turn the ring gear.the planets will “walk” along the sun gear(which is held stationary) causing the planet carrier to turn the output shaft in the same direction as the input shaft but at a slower speed causing gear reduction(similar to a car in first gear). If we unlock the sun gear and lock any two elements together,this will cause all three elements to turn at the same speed so that the output shaft will turn at the same rate of speed as the input shaft.This is like a car that is in third or high gear.Another way that we can use a Planetary gear set is by locking the planet carrier from moving,then applying power to the ring gear which will cause the sun gear to turn in the opposite direction giving us reverse gear. Many more binations are possible using two or more planetary sets connected in various ways to provide the different forward speeds and reverse that are found in modern automatic transmissions. Clutch Packs A clutch pack consists of alternating disks that fit inside a clutch drum.Half of the disks are steel and have splines that fit into groves on the inside of the drum.The other half have a friction material bonded to their surface and have splines on the inside edge that fit groves on the outer surface of the adjoining hub.There is a piston inside the drum that i
