【正文】 cranes. Before lifting, make an overall plan to minimize goingto/fromsite times and construction time of large vehicles and reduce service cost of large vehicles. For installation of reactor, which have large size and height weight, site investigation shall be carried out and practicable schemes shall be prepared before equipment transportation and lifting. The lifting scheme shall include supports fabrication and soft base soil treatment measures applied during equipment handling, lifting and mounting into place。 its execution is subject to demonstration and approval by responsible person. General equipment is installed with conventional lifting methods. Roads in plant area shall be properly protected during transportation of large equipment. 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝采取預(yù)制、安裝分離，加大預(yù)制深度，盡可能減少現(xiàn)場工作量，使之既保證工程質(zhì)量又加快施工進(jìn)度。Steel structures are installed by maximizing prefabrication to minimizing workload on site in a way to assure quality and sep up construction. 管道工程采取工廠化深度預(yù)制，運(yùn)抵現(xiàn)場集中安裝的施工方法。預(yù)制前對(duì)管段圖進(jìn)行二次細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì)，以利于提高管道的預(yù)制深度。預(yù)制在裝置區(qū)外的預(yù)制場內(nèi)進(jìn)行，管道預(yù)制深度達(dá)到 50％以上，運(yùn)到現(xiàn)場直接進(jìn)行安裝。在管道預(yù)制過程中，嚴(yán)格控制管道焊接質(zhì)量、管道內(nèi)部清潔度，并將高壓管道、不銹鋼管道及特殊材質(zhì)管道的預(yù)制安裝作為重點(diǎn)控制對(duì)象。Pipes are prefabricated in high level and then transported to site for centralized installation. After equipment and pipes are put into position, instruments installation, cables layout, wiring, adjustment and calibration shall be arranged on time. 項(xiàng)目的最終質(zhì)量目標(biāo)Final quality objectives of the project按照中國國家或有關(guān)行業(yè)頒發(fā)的施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)施工質(zhì)量進(jìn)行驗(yàn)評(píng)，單位工程的質(zhì)量合格率 100％，其中優(yōu)良率在 80％以上（主體工程保證優(yōu)良），焊接一次合格率 98%以上，焊縫、法蘭靜密封面無泄漏，單機(jī)試車、聯(lián)動(dòng)試車、投料試車、生產(chǎn)考核，均達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)文件及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的要求；動(dòng)設(shè)備試運(yùn)、大機(jī)組試車和裝置聯(lián)動(dòng)試運(yùn)行、投料試車一次成功。達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定的年度生產(chǎn)能力；同時(shí)，安裝項(xiàng)目的觀感得分在 88 分以上, 民用市政工程觀感得分在 92 分以上。裝置在未來的生產(chǎn)中能“安全、平穩(wěn)、長期、滿負(fù)荷”的連續(xù)運(yùn)行。Construction quality shall be inspected and evaluated according to applicable Chinese national or industrial standards. Meanwhile, the visual inspection score of installed items shall reach 88 and that of civil works shall reach 92.
