【導讀】為防止誤用不合格品，對原材料、協(xié)配件、半成品、成品檢驗和試驗中不同狀態(tài)進行標識，適用于產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)全過程的檢驗和試驗狀態(tài)的標識。質量部負責檢驗和試驗狀態(tài)標識監(jiān)督和管理。各使用部門負責本部門標牌的申報，制造部組織制作。以質量記錄、分區(qū)存放、掛牌、標簽、質量檢驗報告等進行標識。期、生產(chǎn)日期及等級。a)采購的原材料、協(xié)配件，待檢半成品，由倉庫保管，按指定區(qū)域存放，并分別掛上待檢標識，a)原材料、外協(xié)件經(jīng)檢驗和試驗合格后，應立即填寫《合格品通知單》作好合格標識。員收到《合格品通知單》，及時辦理入庫手續(xù)。
