【正文】 s Most EU member states do not allow irradiated foods on the market whereas many Chinese herbal manufacturers use irradiation to reduce microbial contamination. Chinese herbal manufacturers need to find nonirradiation methods for this purpose in order to export their products to the EU. 絕大部分歐盟成員國不允許經(jīng)過鈷 60或其它放射性同位素輻照滅菌的食品上市銷售。有些中藥材和中藥制品是經(jīng)過輻照滅菌消毒的，因此不可以在歐盟市場銷售。為了保證中藥進(jìn)入歐盟市場，中國中藥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)必須采用非放射性滅菌法消毒中藥。 TCM research is on the agenda of EU Research Framework Program. FP7 allocates special fund to set up a TCM research work in the EU. British Pharmacopoeia has published monographs for Chinese herbs Dasngui, Huangqi, Baishao, Shenshen and Gancao. 60 Chinese herb monographs are ready for publication in the French Pharmacopoeia. European Pharmacopoeia has proposed to prepare 84 Chinese herb monographs. 歐洲中藥質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建立也已經(jīng)提到議事日程，英國藥典率先公布了當(dāng)歸、黃芪、白芍、人參、甘草等幾個常用中藥的藥典標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。法國已經(jīng)完成了 60個常用中藥的法國藥典標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。歐洲藥典正在準(zhǔn)備 84個中藥的歐洲藥典質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這些藥典標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完成后，將大大促進(jìn)歐洲市場重要的質(zhì)量控制。 THMPD and FSD provide legal framework for Chinese herbal products to enter EU herbal medicinal products market.
