The evidence provided by the litigants should be signed and sealed by the litigants. 負(fù)責(zé)查處的工商行政管理人員應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵守各項(xiàng)法規(guī)和外事紀(jì)律。＜山西省新絳縣＞The persons from the administrations for industry and merce who are in charge should strictly observe relevant decrees and the disciplines guiding the handling of foreign affairs. 對(duì)外商投資企業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)查或檢查時(shí)應(yīng)由二人以上進(jìn)行，并出示《中華人民共和國國家工商行政管理局專用工作證》。＜山西省新絳縣＞Investigation or examination of foreign investment enterprises should be conducted by 2 persons or more who have to show their Special ID Cards of the PRC Administration for Industry and Commerce.第十一條對(duì)港、澳、臺(tái)企業(yè)或華僑、港、澳、臺(tái)同胞投資舉辦的合資經(jīng)營企業(yè)、合作經(jīng)營企業(yè)、獨(dú)資經(jīng)營企業(yè)，外國（地區(qū)）企業(yè)從事承包工程、承包經(jīng)營管理、合作開發(fā)國內(nèi)資源等經(jīng)營活動(dòng)，外國（地區(qū)）企業(yè)常駐代表機(jī)構(gòu)，外國（地區(qū)）銀行分行以及外商投資企業(yè)設(shè)立的從事經(jīng)營活動(dòng)的分支機(jī)構(gòu)和開展業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)的辦事機(jī)構(gòu)的監(jiān)督管理、處罰權(quán)限和程序，依照本規(guī)定執(zhí)行。＜山西省新絳縣＞Article 11 The supervision, administration, jurisdiction over punishment and its procedures concerning joint or contractual ventures and the wholly foreignowned enterprises established by the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan enterprises, or by overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan patriots, the projects and businesses contracted by foreign (regional) enterprises and their cooperative development of domestic natural resources, their permanent office, branches of foreign (regional) banks and business branches established by foreign investment enterprises are executed in accordance with these Regulations.第十二條本規(guī)定自發(fā)布之日起執(zhí)行。＜山西省新絳縣＞Article 12 These Regulations shall go into effect on the day of their promulgation.第 6 頁 共 6 頁
