【正文】 the Permanent Works and the Temporary Works or either of them as appropriate. 工程是指永久工程和臨時工程或視情況為二者之一。 “Permanent Works” means the permanent works to be executed concluding plant in accordance with the contract. 永久工程是指根據合同將實施建造的永久工程包括工程設備。 “Temporary Works” means all temporary works of every kind (other than Contractor’s Equipment) required in or about the execution and pletion of the works and remedying of any defects therein. 臨時工程是指在工程實施，完成和修補其任何缺陷時需要的或有關的所有各種臨時工程，但承包商的設備除外。 “Plant” means machinery, apparatus and the like intended to form or forming part of the Permanent Works. 工程設備是指預定構成或構成永久工程一部分的機械，儀器以及類似設備。 “Contractor Equipment” means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than Temporary Works) required for the execution and pletion of the Works and remedying of any defects therein, but does not include Plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the Permanent Works. 承包商的設備是指在工程實施，完成及其修補缺陷過程中所需的全部裝置和任何性質的物品，但不包括預定構成或構成永久工程一部分的設備，材料或其他物品。 “Section” means a part of the Works specifically identified in the Contract as a section. 區(qū)段是指合同中具體指定作為一個區(qū)段的工程的一部分。 “Site” means the places provided by the Employer where the works are to be executed and any other places as may be specifically designated in the Contract as forming part of the site. 現場是指由雇主提供的用于進行工程施工的場所以及在合同中可能明確指定為現場組成部分的任何其他場所。
