As changing global realities have reordered the national security agenda, CIA has met these challenges as follows： 1， Creating special, multidisciplinary centers to address such highpriority issues such as nonproliferation, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, international anized crime and narcotics trafficking, environment, and arms control intelligence. 2， Fing stronger partnerships between the several intelligence collection disciplines and allsource analysis. 3， Taking an active part in Intelligence Community analytical efforts and producing allsource analysis on the full range of topics that affect national security. 4， Contributing to the effectiveness of the overall Intelligence Community by managing services of mon concern in imagery analysis and opensource collection and participating in partnerships with other intelligence agencies in the areas of research and development and technical collection. ? 中國(guó)擬采購(gòu)“空軍一號(hào)”元首專(zhuān)機(jī) 2022年 7月 2日 據(jù)港臺(tái)媒體報(bào)道，繼美國(guó)、日本、臺(tái)灣之后，中國(guó)也將擁有國(guó)家元首的“空軍一號(hào)”專(zhuān)機(jī)座駕。 ? 據(jù)報(bào)道，中國(guó)航空器材進(jìn)出口總公司和中國(guó)聯(lián)合航空公司，日前與達(dá)美航空公司在美國(guó)西雅圖簽署協(xié)議，購(gòu)買(mǎi)一架達(dá)美公司波音 767300ER飛機(jī)。飛機(jī)經(jīng)過(guò)進(jìn)一步改造，安裝貴賓艙后，將作為中國(guó)國(guó)家元首的主要空中交通工具。 ? 據(jù)悉，新中國(guó)建國(guó) 50年來(lái)，隨著國(guó)力強(qiáng)盛，國(guó)家元首外訪增多，有關(guān)方面認(rèn)為中國(guó)目前有需要也有能力，購(gòu)置一架供國(guó)家最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人出訪時(shí)使用的專(zhuān)機(jī)。目前只有江澤民等國(guó)家主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人出訪時(shí)，才配備由中國(guó)國(guó)際航空公司提供的客機(jī)作專(zhuān)機(jī)使用。 ? 報(bào)道說(shuō)，波音 767300ER飛機(jī)銷(xiāo)售量甚少，比較難買(mǎi)；中國(guó)聯(lián)合航空公司若按期向波音公司購(gòu)買(mǎi)的話(huà)，至少要等三年。美國(guó)達(dá)美航空公司因擁有一部波音公司剛剛交付的波音 767300ER飛機(jī)，中國(guó)聯(lián)合航空公司遂經(jīng)一年左右時(shí)間洽談將其購(gòu)得。 ? 據(jù)了解， 767300ER飛機(jī)目前售價(jià)為 1億零 700萬(wàn)至 1億 2022萬(wàn)美元之間。目前尚不知中國(guó)國(guó)家元首的專(zhuān)機(jī)座駕能否像美日等國(guó)“空軍一號(hào)”專(zhuān)機(jī)一樣，配備有先進(jìn)的電子及通訊裝備。 ? 座機(jī)疑遭竊聽(tīng) 中美低調(diào)面對(duì) ? 據(jù)外電報(bào)道，中國(guó)國(guó)家主席江澤民的座機(jī)，傳出被放了竊聽(tīng)器后，中國(guó)和白宮的官員都保持緘默，不愿響應(yīng)，一般認(rèn)為，美中關(guān)系并不會(huì)因此受到影響。 ? 一直以來(lái)，江澤民出訪搭乘的專(zhuān)機(jī)，都是由中國(guó)國(guó)際航空公司臨時(shí)提供，不過(guò)一個(gè)泱泱大國(guó)元首竟沒(méi)有自己的專(zhuān)機(jī)，未免不符合身分地位，于是乎在去年透過(guò)中國(guó)一家航空器材進(jìn)出口公司，向達(dá)美航空購(gòu)買(mǎi)波音７６７－３００ＥＲ。 ? 據(jù)說(shuō)中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人特別愛(ài)用波音飛機(jī)，而這架“空軍一號(hào)”，豪華舒適，除了有浴室、臥房，還備有先進(jìn)的通訊和電子設(shè)備，只是沒(méi)想到，試飛時(shí)才發(fā)現(xiàn)隨機(jī)附贈(zèng)了 ”小耳朵 ”。 ? 中國(guó)民眾雖然吃驚，但并不意外。 ? 美中雙方都不愿對(duì)此事做出評(píng)論，中國(guó)媒體根本沒(méi)報(bào)導(dǎo)老江專(zhuān)機(jī)被竊聽(tīng)的新聞，白宮發(fā)言人則表示不討論這類(lèi)指控。 ? 雖然目前無(wú)證據(jù)顯示有美國(guó)政府介入，波音也急忙撇清，美國(guó)分析家說(shuō)這沒(méi)什么好大驚小怪，因?yàn)槊绹?guó)和俄羅斯也互相監(jiān)控，就算真的是美國(guó)放的，美中關(guān)系也不會(huì)受到太大影響 2022年 7月 6日聯(lián)航從美國(guó)波音購(gòu)入 767300ER，當(dāng)時(shí)為國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人專(zhuān)機(jī)之用，改裝用 1000萬(wàn)，空軍報(bào)價(jià) 3000萬(wàn)，結(jié)果還被人做了手腳！在發(fā)現(xiàn)有竊聽(tīng)設(shè)備之后賣(mài)給國(guó)航，現(xiàn) B2499！ 波音公司官員自豪的告訴記者：賣(mài)到中國(guó)的元首專(zhuān)機(jī)是公司最新技術(shù)的結(jié)晶 ... 采用通用電氣產(chǎn)的 CF680C2發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的B767300在中國(guó)大陸只有 B2499這一架 ,獨(dú)一無(wú)二 ! 其他的 763都是 PW的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī) .
