【導讀】乙方為甲方的員工。現(xiàn)甲、乙雙方依據(jù)中華人民共和國《勞動法》、《合同。經(jīng)權(quán)利人采取保密措施的技術(shù)信息和經(jīng)營信息。本協(xié)議具體涉及處于機密狀態(tài)，非公。在遵守相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的前提下，商業(yè)秘密的解釋權(quán)屬于甲方。
【正文】 to party A if breach the obligations of this agreement. 六、本協(xié)議效力不受雙方勞動合同和勞動關(guān)系效力的影響，不論雙方是否簽訂任何形式的勞動合同，本協(xié)議均由雙方簽字、蓋章后立即產(chǎn)生法律效力。 The agreement is not bound by labor contract signed by both parties and the force of labor relationship. No matter whether both parties sign the labor contract or not in kinds of form, this agreement bees effective upon signing and chop. 七、本合同在履行過程中發(fā)生糾紛，雙方應友好協(xié)商解決；協(xié)商不成，任何一方均有權(quán)向東莞市的人民法院起訴。 During the implementation of this contract, both party shall negotiate to settle the dispute if any. Providing fail to get an agreement, either party is entitled to submit dispute to Dongguan Municipal People Court. 八 、 This Agreement is written both in Chinese and English language with two (2) originals.
