Attention ，由施工負(fù)責(zé)人組織學(xué)習(xí)清洗方案，任務(wù)分工，使每個(gè)施工人員明確自己的職責(zé)及任務(wù)。 1. Prior to the cleaning process, construction manager anizes to study the cleaning scheme, carries out the division of the task, enabling each construction worker to specify his responsibility and task. 2. 進(jìn)入工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)組織正式施工時(shí)，由施工負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行安全講話，強(qiáng)調(diào)清洗過程中安全注意事項(xiàng)，提出相應(yīng)的安全措施。 2. Construction manager has a speech on safety operation when construction workers enter into the engineering field and prepare for construction, emphasizing on safety precautions, to take relevant safety measures. 3. 進(jìn)入工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，檢查個(gè)人勞動(dòng)保護(hù)用品是否齊全、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工必須頭帶安全帽，登高捆好安全帶，作好防滑、防高空墜落措施。 3. Inspect if labor protection appliances are well equipped when construction worker enters into the engineering field。 construction workers have to wear safety helmet on field, fastening safety rope when climbing, to make well antiskidding measure and to prevent them from highaltitude falling. 4. 檢查急救箱、急救藥品是否備齊。 4. Inspect if there is well equipped with firstaid kit. 5. 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要求通風(fēng)良好，道路通暢、照明良好。動(dòng)力、照明電源分開。 It is required to provide a good ventilation on site, fluency on roads, good lighting fixture. Power supply of Dynamic force and lighting source should be separated. 6. 清洗現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不得有明火和抽煙， 如需動(dòng)火時(shí)，必須辦理動(dòng)火證，分析合格后方可動(dòng)火。 6. Open fire and smoking should be prevented on site, in case of preparing to fire, approval certificate must be managed. It can be allowed to prepare for firing after it is qualified through analysis. 7. 聯(lián)接清洗設(shè)備前，必須辦理檢修證，由甲方確定簽 字后，方可進(jìn)行施工，將被清洗設(shè)備與配液箱、循環(huán)泵進(jìn)行聯(lián)接。 7. Prior to the cleaning equipment connection, maintenance certificate must be managed. The construction can be performed through approval of Party A, to connect the equipment required for flushing process with liquid mixing tank and circulating pump. 8. 被清洗設(shè)備聯(lián)接無誤后，當(dāng)水壓試驗(yàn)合格后，方可正式投入清洗劑進(jìn)行清洗。清洗和油沖洗過程要詳細(xì)記錄施工日志。 8. The cleaning agent can be filled in the piping system only the equipment required for flushing process are all connected without error and it is qualified through water pressure test. The processes of cleaning and oil flushing must be specifically recorded in builder’s diary. 9. 清洗投料時(shí)，用配液速度來控制反應(yīng)速度，以防大量清洗液 溢出。 9. Using mixing velocity of liquid for control of reaction velocity is required for feeding the cleaning agent, to prevent the cleaning agent spilled over the equipment. 10. 清洗時(shí)，施工人員不得擅自脫離清洗崗位或串崗，睡崗，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行巡回檢查制度，按時(shí)準(zhǔn)確無誤記錄。 10.
