With a dynamic sales curriculum and structured assignments, program members can harness their outstanding munication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an understanding of quality customer partnerships.CLP Program Job Specifications:1)Will have three 68 months assignments in different sales / marketing roles, which cover different products / regions / customers in China. (Mainly located in Shanghai/Beijing/Guangzhou/Chengdu area)2)Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs3)Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different sales scenario4)Strictly follow internal policy and GE pliance standard 5)Will travel within and across the region Job Qualifications:1)12 years experience in sales related area or fresh graduates with Bachelor/Master Degree, working experience amp。 majored in Electrics/Electronics/Lighting Source are preferred.2)Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure3)Geographic mobility all over China。 willing to travel4)Strong munication amp。 interpersonal skills, good team player5)Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential6)Fluent in English is a plusPosition 2: Technical Leadership Program Location : Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou Reports To : Assignment Leader / Program Manager Program Job Specifications:1)Will have three assignments in different mercial functions of industrial product lines, which cover sales, applications, product management roles, possibly in different region amp。 countries (mainly in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou)2)Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products/technical advice to address those needs3)Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different scenario4)Other projects and measurements defined by assignment leaders5)Strictly follow internal policy and GE pliance standard 6)Will travel within and across the region Job Qualifications:1)02 years experience in sales, application engineering or product management fields of electrical equipment / ponent products. 2)Bachelor/Master Degree, majored in Electrics/Electrical Engineering.3)Passionate in sales, application or product management career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure4)Geographic mobility all over China。 willing to travel5)Strong munication amp。 interpersonal skills, good team player6)Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential7)Fluent in English is a plusPosition 3 : Operation Management Leadership Program (OMLP)Location : Shanghai Primary Responsibilities: Will have three or four job rotations during the twoyear program Will have crossfunction job rotations in departments such as Supply Chain, EHS, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc. Will involve in projects such as Process Management, NPI, etc.Qualifications Required: 12 years of working experience. University Bachelor Degree or above with excellent academic records。 Master degree is preferred。 majoring in Lighting Source, Engineering or Technical subjects is preferred Outstanding leadership skills with good track records of extracurriculum activities Excellent analytical skills and team spirit Excellent interpersonal skills。 able to municate with people of different styles and difficult personalities, etc. Quick learner。 energetic。 willing to work under pressure and tough manufacturing sites Fluent oral and written English。 skilled PC operator 14 / 14
