【正文】 要】介紹了一種采用電動機(jī)進(jìn)行能量補(bǔ)償實現(xiàn)慣量模擬的方法，給出了能量補(bǔ)償?shù)臄?shù)學(xué)模型。通過對飛輪的自由剎車曲線進(jìn)行回歸分析，得出由風(fēng)阻和軸承磨損等引起的系統(tǒng)損耗模型。在NT11制動器慣性臺架上設(shè)計了正交試驗，得出能量補(bǔ)償法中幾個關(guān)鍵因素（補(bǔ)償時間、補(bǔ)償起點(diǎn)、補(bǔ)償終點(diǎn)和補(bǔ)償結(jié)束條件）的控制規(guī)律。討論了能量補(bǔ)償法存在的局限性，并給出了解決方案。主題詞：制動器 臺架試驗 電慣量 能量補(bǔ)償Research on Electric Inertia Simulation in Brake Dynamometer Ma Jijie1, Wu Boda1, Liu Xiaoyu1, Cheng Guangming1, Sun Jingyang1, Wang Senlin2(1. Orthogonal experiment on brake dynamometer NT11 are designed to obtain the control rule of some key factors of energy pensation including time, starting point, ending point and ending condition of pensation. Results of these experiments show that material for parabolic taperedleaf spring of VOLVO heavy duty vehicle is 50CrV4，it has high hardenability, high strength, high purity and excellent surface pressive residual stress fields caused by shot peening.
