【正文】 項(xiàng)產(chǎn)生異議時(shí)，除根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)外，應(yīng)本著甲乙雙方的誠(chéng)意妥善解決，如無(wú)法解決，則委托相關(guān)仲裁機(jī)構(gòu)仲裁。11. Settlement of DisputeAll difference of opinion and disputes arising hereof shall, through amicable negotiations, be settled by two parties hereto. Should, through negotiations, no settlement be reached, the two parties agrees that the case in question shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Committee Shanghai Branch for arbitration.
