【導(dǎo)讀】根據(jù)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，甲乙雙方在平等自愿、協(xié)商一致的基礎(chǔ)上，雙方于2021年1月日簽訂本合同，簽約地：，雙方本著遵循誠(chéng)實(shí)信用的原則，共同遵守履行。甲方根據(jù)工作需要，安排乙方在指定區(qū)域內(nèi)從事工作。變更崗位后執(zhí)行相。合同期從乙方到達(dá)------起至乙方離開(kāi)------之日止。本合同期限為24個(gè)月，甲方可以根據(jù)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)情況、工作需要或航班情況等因素決定增加或減少1-3個(gè)月。出現(xiàn)以下情況時(shí)，乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)甲方為乙方辦理簽證、購(gòu)買(mǎi)意外傷害保險(xiǎn)、購(gòu)買(mǎi)往返機(jī)票的全部費(fèi)用，共計(jì)數(shù)字美元。乙方同意甲方從未發(fā)放的工資中扣除，未發(fā)放的工資不足支付的，乙方應(yīng)在回國(guó)前支付。乙方因嚴(yán)重違紀(jì)，被甲方解除本合同；乙方的正常工作時(shí)間為每周工作6天，每天9小時(shí)，共計(jì)54小。乙方執(zhí)行甲方規(guī)定的11個(gè)法定節(jié)假日。法定節(jié)假日正常工作的，計(jì)加班工時(shí)。根據(jù)天氣、工作安排等原因不能正常工作的，甲方可以安排員工補(bǔ)休，乙方應(yīng)服從甲方工作安排。

　　

【正文】 ainst Party B39。s family。 故意隱瞞在國(guó)內(nèi)的各項(xiàng)犯罪記錄，以及以往在國(guó)外工作中的任何違法、違紀(jì)及參與任何形式罷工的記錄； Party B conceals intentionally his criminal records, illegal or disciplinary actions records or strike records。 隱瞞身體及精神疾病； Party B conceals health problems。 偽造技能證書(shū)或工作簡(jiǎn)歷； Party B falsifies skills certificates or resume。 私自外出打工，私自從事本合同以外的其他商業(yè)活動(dòng)； Party B enters simultaneously an employment relationship with other panies or Party B privately engages in other business activities which are not stipulated herein。 參與其他商業(yè)與個(gè)人活動(dòng)或成為任何公司的合作伙伴或董事； Party B engages in other business and personal activities or serves as a member of the Board of Directors of other pany。 與當(dāng)?shù)厝嘶蛟?地點(diǎn) 的外國(guó)人發(fā)生沖突或 糾紛，給公司造成不利影響或經(jīng)濟(jì)損失； Party B fights or disputes with the native(s) or foreigner(s) in Equatorial Guinea, which has a bad influence on the pany or causes economic losses。 從事下列任何非法活動(dòng)的：走私軍火或持有炸藥等，盜用甲方的財(cái)產(chǎn)和物資，泄露甲方商業(yè)秘密，聚眾斗毆，酗酒，賭博，嫖娼，攜帶、吸食或販賣(mài)毒品，走私或違反任何?？扛劭诘暮ｊP(guān)和安全 規(guī)定條例及違反當(dāng)?shù)卣姆梢?guī)定，參加和組織任何黑社會(huì)或幫會(huì)性質(zhì)機(jī)構(gòu)； Party B engages in any of the following illegal activities: (1)smuggling arms or holding explosives etc。 (2)stealing properties of Party A。 (3)divulging the mercial secrets of Party A。 (4)fighting and brawling。 (5)drinking alcohol。 (6)gambling。 (7)going whoring。 乙方 Party B： 6 (8)carrying or taking drugs。 (9)Drug smuggling。 (10)violating safety regulations of any port customs。 (11)breaking the laws or regulations of local government. (12)joining or anizing any gangsterdom。 無(wú)故生事或以任何形式煽動(dòng)或參與聚眾鬧事或罷工游行或私闖外事機(jī)構(gòu)以及當(dāng)?shù)卣块T(mén)的； Party B mobs, stricks illegally or intrudes into foreign affairs agencies or local government. 其他違法違規(guī)違紀(jì)行為。 Other illegal or disciplinary actions. 因上述情況解除雇傭合同的，乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)甲方為乙方辦理簽證、購(gòu)買(mǎi)意外傷害保險(xiǎn)、往返機(jī)票的全部費(fèi)用，共計(jì) 數(shù)字 美元，乙方同意甲方從未發(fā)放的工資中扣除，未發(fā)放的工資不足支付的，乙方應(yīng)在回國(guó)前支付。乙方拒不支付時(shí)，甲方墊付后有權(quán)追 索。 Where the contract is terminated by the reason of any of situations above, Party B shall pay the charge for his visa, the premium for the personal accident insurance and roundtrip ticket, which cost USD 數(shù)字 in total, and such payment shall be made at the same time by payroll deduction. If Party B39。s unpaid salary is not enough, Party B should pay the expenses before returning to his home country. Provided that Party B refuses to pay the expenses, Party A has the right of recourse. 11 其他約定事項(xiàng) Others 甲方負(fù)責(zé)保管乙方的護(hù)照等相關(guān)證件原件，在乙方按規(guī)定辦理完交接手續(xù)回國(guó)時(shí)返還給乙方。 Party B39。s passport and other original papers concerned shall be placed in Party A39。s care and custody, which shall be returned to Party B when Party B finishes the handing over procedure and intends to go to his home country. 因本合同而引起的糾紛由甲 乙 雙方協(xié)商解決；協(xié)商不成，甲乙雙方 均有權(quán)向 地點(diǎn) 法院起訴 。 Any dispute shall be solved by negotiation.
