【正文】 e a year after getting the certificates for 12 months. The frequency of inspection should be increased in any of the following cases:The certified product has serious quality problem, or is plained by clients, which has been verified to be the responsibility of the certificate holder.The certification body doubts the conformity of the certified product with the relevant standards with sufficient reasons.Sufficient information indicates that the conformity or the consistency of certified products might be affected by the changes in anization structure, production condition and the quality system of the manufacturer and/or factories. Contents of the Followup Inspection Reinspection of Factory Quality Assurance Ability The reinspection scope of the factory quality assurance ability shall cover all the contents of Appendix 3 within 4 years since the certificate has been granted. The reinspection of each factory normally takes 1 to 2 manday.From the 5th year, the inspection of factory quality assurance ability shall be carried out pletely according to Appendix 3. The content and the time frame of inspection will be the same as that of the initial factory inspection. Check of Consistency of the ProductCheck shall be carried out on the spot according to articles and of the rules after the certificates being granted. If necessary, samples may be selected and delivered to the test body for type test. Evaluation of the Followup Inspection ResultsThe certificates can be maintained and the certification marks can be continuously used upon favorable inspection results. If there is any nonconformities found in the followup inspection, the corrective actions shall be taken within 3 months. Otherwise, the use of certificates and the certification marks will be stopped. And the notification will be made public.19 / 204. Certificates The Validity of the CertificatesThe validity of the certificates depends on the periodic followup inspection. Modification of the Certificates For modification of the range of products covered by the unit of certified products, the certificate holder shall first make application. The certification body shall check the consistency of the changed products against the certified products and confirm the applicability of the original certification results to the changed products and carry out the additional test or inspection based on the differences. If the results are satisfactory, the certification body shall issue or renew the certificate. If certificate holder intends to modify the trade mark, the information of the applicant and factory and quality assurance ability, the certification body shall perform additional check against differences. If the results are satisfactory, the certification body shall issue or renew the certificate. Suspension, Cancellation and Withdrawal of the CertificatesThe suspension, cancellation and withdrawal of the certificates shall follow Regulations for Compulsory Product Certification.5. Use of the Certification Mark The certificate holder shall follow the Regulations for Compulsory Product Certification Mark.. Design of the Mark allowed to be used Application of the Marks The certification marks shall be sewed on straps close to safety belt anchorage.6 ChargeThe certification shall be charged by the certification body according to the related national statutory regulations.17 / 20
