【導(dǎo)讀】熱沖擊、防霉、防濕，還應(yīng)具有柔韌性和阻燃性。多余的三防漆則流回容器，通過(guò)泵送到高位槽中循環(huán)使用。是一種較少采用的三防漆涂覆方法。我司根據(jù)產(chǎn)品難易度，目前采用刷涂法和噴涂法兩種，操作流程為：PCB清潔/烘烤——配置涂覆劑——遮掩——涂覆——檢驗(yàn)——烘干——檢驗(yàn)——修補(bǔ)——轉(zhuǎn)下工序。確認(rèn)涂覆工藝包括涂覆方式、烘干溫度、烘干時(shí)間、工具、量具等。
