What will be recognised and awarded1、 Excellent safety behaviour: . employ not only obeys the safety rules himself, but also helps to correct other persons’ unsafe behaviour often.2、 Propose of Housekeeping and Safety Improvement: such as potential safety risk in the production site, safer working method and etc.Collection and feedback of proposals:1、 Any good safe behaviour will be reported in written to Manufacturing Director and HES Manager by Dept. managers,After verified by HES manager, Manufacturing Director will sign an appreciation letter and take photo with the employee. The employee will be publicly mended in the whole plant. Company will give memorating gifts to the employees.2、 Employee can write his safety suggestion in Employee Proposal Form and put the form into a Proposal Box. (The box will be placed in canteen together with blank Employee proposal Form)3、 HSE department will take out proposal forms once a week and list all proposals. A Safety Proposal Committee will assess them and give feedback in one month. All the proposals and feedback will be publicized and updated by HSE dept. to the whole plant once a month.4、 HSE dept. will organize a monthly Safety Proposal Committee meeting to assess proposals from employees, and decide to accept the proposal or not.5、 For issues that Safety Proposal Committee cannot decide, it will be submit to Managers and finalised by Manufacturing Director.6、 If Safety Proposal Committee assesses proposals to be unrealistic or not practical, a convincing explanation will be given.7、 Same proposal raised by different employees, the one raised earlier will be recognised. If it is raised in same day, it will be considered as jointly raised.Implementation of proposalsThe monthly Safety Proposal Committee will assess proposals raised by employees one by one, decide according actions and assign mittee member to follow up.Assessment of proposals Monthly Safety Proposal Committee will choose proposals for “Participant Award” according to the following “Proposal assessment and approval standards” If the proposal is coherent with targets set by department or pany。 If the proposal can bring in improvement。 If the proposal can bring in results/benefits quantizable or unquantizable。 Application of proposal approved Practicability and feasibility of proposalsRewards and CertificatesEmployee who raises any constructive proposal will get “ Participant Award”, HSE dept. will distribute the award in 1 month after the proposal raised。 Employee whose proposals are not approved, but he raises at least 3 proposals, he will get “ Participant Award” as well. Safety Proposal Committee will choose “ Proposal Award” once 3 months. Employee who obtains it will get award and take picture with Manufacturing Director as memento。A “ Excellent Proposal Award” will be chosen from all proposals accepted twice a year. Employee who obtains it will get award and a certificate signed by Manufacturing Director。 The awarded employee will be publicly praised at Yearly Employee Meeting every year for his proposal.If one proposal is raised by several employees ( 3 at most), each employee will get souvenir of “ Participant Award”. If this proposal is chosen to be “ Proposal Award” or “ Excellent Proposal Award”, then the award will be distributed to them equally.Besides, active participant in proposals will be taken into account during Yearly Employee Performance AppraisalHES Dept has authority for the interpretation.Contact: 0510506950687716 / 1
