After a long period operation, the following bottleneck problems and the hidden peril were discovered including the lower efficiency of the vertical exchanger heater for the mixed feed, the higher temperature in the hearth of the heating furnace , the lower efficiency of the heating furnace etc.. By the alteration of the four in one heating furnace, the optimization of prehydrogenation process and the application of the new high efficiency heat exchanger not only make the energy consumption reduced but also gain the cleaner production ends.
